Another bad review for this company. They hide the fact they are in France, didn't let me cancel my order when I realised even though nothing had been dispatched (I didn't want to wait for customs clearance); when the goods arrived late I returned them at my own expense and did not receive a full refund. They don't respond to customer communication. I certainly will never use them again.
I ordered from this company like many before reading the reviews to my cost.
Five panel liners where sent in a box far to large with little to no packaging.
What was left of the contents when they arrived had leaked through the inappropriate packaging/box the contents were smashed .
Several emails to the company and still no response as to what they intended to do about it , really disappointing to say the least .
They sent me someone else's order. When I reached out to explain the situation, they told me to coordinate with the person on the package to exchange correct shipment. Now I'm in charge of shipping? Then they stopped responding to my inquiries. SHOP WITH THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Misleading, French not UK based, UK Customs charges will apply.
Unfortunately I saw the reviews too late, to my dismay. This is a French company misleading consumers into thinking they are UK based. They are NOT in the UK. They hide the fact they are based in France and they illegally charge VAT which is reflected on the invoice you receive and on their website at point of sale, yet when the item is delivered, you are slapped with a UK customs charge. They tell you nothing about this.
I purchased a Prime 1 Studio statue and was subjected to a £214.34 customs charge for delivery by UPS. At no point during the whole sales process on their website do they state that you will be faced with a UK customs charge, falsely pretending to be a UK company and UK based. You are being double charged VAT.
Their customer service is unsympathetic.
I do not understand how they are still in business and are allowed to have a UK website to trade from misleading UK customers by pretending to be UK based. It is a very dishonest and an appalling business practice, I certainly won't ever be using them again.
I put an order ( All might bowl) in my 'basket' and wasn't ready to pay for it yet so I moved away from the site intending to go back next day. Then I got an email telling me i had not checked out and paid yet. It's up to ME,as a customer to decide when I'M ready, not some money grabbing nobody that is desperate for a sale and I told them so. They kicked me off the site and i went and found it for a tenner less in a shop.
the parcel arrived on time, but damaged inside and before it arrived in the UK. all contents are unusable. I do not recommend this company. I regret not checking the reviews before purchasing. Money wasted
Despite reading some bad reviews of this site that I’d never heard of I ordered an item that I couldn’t find anywhere else. It was to be a gift and I really wanted it, because I could use PayPal I took a gamble. Communications were great! I had updates of my parcels journey and delivery was made on the exact date predicted. The item was well packaged and exactly what I wanted. I am a very happy customer that can’t wait to deliver a sought after present. :)
REFUSED to give a refund despite not sending the package. Abosulute scammers, going back and forth to get a refund and even had to threaten legal action. Still refused to give a refund so got a charge back under section 75 via my bank. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRENCH BASED COMPANY

THEY DON’T DELIVER
If I could give this terrible company zero stars I would. First of all, they pretend to be in the UK but they are in France! Secondly, they sent me half of my order (which came damaged which they refuse to replace) and refuse to send the other half. They printed a postage label for replacement of other half of the order to make it look like they sent it but they never dropped it at the post office. They refuse to give a refund or even reply to emails. I have reported them to my credit card provider for reversal of funds. AVOID! These guys are terrible, scamming thieves!
I pre-ordered something from them back in June that was supposed to be released in August. I still haven't received it (i also have not received any updates on what happened with it). When i sent an e-mail about it i was ignored. Awful company that does not care how they treat customers. They should be shut down.
Did not have one of the items I had preordered and instead of refunding advised I would get store credit.
I asked for a full refund to avoid similar issues and they initially ignored my request when responding before confirming they would refund.
Over 1mth later I had to open a PayPal dispute and the seller resolved almost instantly, to avoid those account issues PayPal imposes.
TLDR - only pay with PayPal so you can refund when 1001hobbies try to cut and run with your money.
Would have wrote a 0 star review if I could have. Ordered a kit from these guys back in May and still haven't received it. I have emailed multiple times to try get an update as to when I will receive my order and I am greeted with an automated reply that says the same thing every time. I am currently waiting on another email back after threatening to go legal. Never ordering again. Scam artists
I would strongly recommend buying from another retailer as if you do not live in France or the European Economic Area you will be charged an additional 20% ontop or the prices they list as they illegally charge VAT twice.
They aren't a UK seller despite using a UK URL which is exceptionally misleading and bad faith, particularly as they don't list their address plainly on their website. I've been dealing with customer service in relation to being double charged VAT where I've received rude responses.
If you're living in the UK I would strongly recommend Gunpla UK or Hobby Link Japan if you're buying in bulk as they're far more reliable and transparent sellers.
Do not ever buy or preorder anything from this shop. I pre ordered figure in june and it was supposed to be in august but they changed the date to march nex year so I wrote to them to cancel my order and refund me and they sent a message completely on different topic. I wrote to them that I want my money back and if not I am going to my bank and take legal action and I will do it if I will not see my money. Here is my order number maybe here someone will answer from the shop. Order number: 7V0PWR5OJ

This website is a scam. Avoid it. Products are never delivered. money is never returned. They try to take advantage of customers as much as possible.
Preorder of a new kit that was never delivered. They only admitted the mistake after my enquiry and were clearly going to keep my money. Kit now out of stock. Useless company. Will never use again
