Posted before. Sent me wrong item on purpose. They knew they did not have the item so they sent me something else. They do not accept returns. Will refund my money only if I show them I destroyed the item! What a waste. I am donating to a non-profit for troubled children which means I will pay for the item. Sparky emails, poor customer service. Stay away.
I was searching for a while for a Gundam Aerial and once I found it at 1001hobbies I was over the moon.
Yes I had to wait a bit as it was a preorder product but the communication from 1001hobbies from the start was perfect, I wasn't bombarded with emails trying to sell me other stuff, just quick updates letting me know expected delivery dates and shipping updates.
The package actually arrived early and in pristine condition.
I couldn't be happier.
I have several gunpla models in my back catalogue still waiting to be assembled but I built this one right away.

Ordered beginning of November, arrived just before Xmas after chasing numerous times. When arrived it was damaged!! Sent evidence which they accepted but then wanted photos that I’d crushed and destroyed the item entirely before they would consider a refund. Thankfully PayPal reimbursed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I decided to give them a chance even after reading about the slow shipping. Not only were my items late by a few weeks but they showed up with either wrong labels or the labels ripped off. Shop somewhere else for your hobby supplies!
Ordered in the first week of November! My order did not arrive. A couple of times wrote to customer service asking for my money back, and got the standard answer - we are trying to resolve this, blah-blah-blah. Today also had yet another answer like that and no money. TWO!!! month!! they are "trying to resolve"!!! Run away from that company, they are thieves.
Sadly have to agree with everyone else. Ordered jigsaw 5 Dec, still waiting (21 Dec) . It is not obvious that the products come from France, and shipped by the slowest means possible.

Ordered a carrera slot car set on 28/11/22. Never received a confirmation email so was a bit ‘nervous’ but checked on the website and my order was there and ‘being processed’.
Should have been here before today so logged back on to check - order cancelled as product unavailable! Not had any kind of communication to say it was cancelled, I wouldn’t have known if I hadn’t logged on. This was to be a Christmas present, hopefully there is still time for the replacement I have ordered (with a different company) to arrive!
Avoid. French company and therefore if you are lucky to get a refund (I ordered some items a month ago and requested a refund because I don't want to wait any longer), you will be waiting for 14 working days minimum. So, no goods, no money so far... Avoid.
Item was supposed to arrive October 14th no tracking information no product and no response from the company. I put a claim in with PayPal and they refunded me less then the amount I paid with no explanation or response. Read the bad reviews before you trust this company better to take your business elsewhere
Unfortunately I would not use this company again. Paid for Express delivery and said it would arrive 2-3 business days, it even gave the estimated date of the middle of the following week, as I ordered on a weekend. Kept looking for tracking details and found nothing. After a week tried calling the number in the UK as it claimed and looked like a co.uk website. This was whenI got suspicious. Number kept dropping out. BEWARE. This is not a UK based Company like is says it is.
Eventually the number worked, and was answered in French, so unless you speak French you have no idea what they are saying, even then it was an answer phone, and from what I could work out, it was giving you different options to press for different queries,
Not speaking French I had to hang up. Emailed and got a reply saying item was received in the UK on 11th July and I could collect in within 2 days, I queried this and said I had paid for postage, and a reply came back it would be delivered to my address, "everything is good, have patience". I found this to be a strange comment to an email. It was already the 13th July, and I still had no tracking details . Called my credit card company to report a scam. They said to wait another week before looking into it. Then on 20th July nearly 2 weeks after placing order I received some tracking details. These showed the item arrived in France on 16th so a complete lie by the company telling me it was in the UK on the 11th. It then arrived in UK at Heathrow on the 19th in the evening. I eventually did receive this , thankfully but not until the 22nd July having paid for 2-3 express delivery on 8th July. DO NO USE THIS COMPANY a complete Shambles and they take extra postage off you for express delivery and don't send it for weeks.
AVOID buying from this website!!! They are charging more for the products and they don't reply to the emails. Bought 2 items from here and received just 1, poor wrapping and the product arrived damaged.

Stay far away from them. I ordered something on June 23. They did not send any confirmation. Then I reached out to them via email. The phone number they had was "closed." They failed to reply for a week, so I told them to cancel the order. There was no way to cancel on their site!!!!
The next day, they responded, telling me my order would ship a week later, even though I VERY clearly told them to cancel!!!
When I told them that I would not accept the order, they told me that it would be shipped anyway. I did a dispute with my credit card as that is horrible customer service and I will not accept something that I cancelled.
Ordered an item , told 4-6 days delivery , waited for 6 weeks. Then told they have none and 2 month wait. So I cancelled the order and have been waiting 2 months for my refund. Even after 6 promises that it would be refunded, I STILL HAVE NOT HAD IT

Ordered on a Thursday; arrived on the Tuesday (after a bank holiday) really fast delivery!
Abysmal ! Stay away from these shysters. Selling stock they don't have, you pay for expedited delivery then you're told it'll be months before you get your order. Somehow paypal seem to be unable to get your money back quickly as 1001 give a load of BS back to paypal. Also to the uninitiated they seem to sell kits with at least a 50% markup. All I can say is buyer beware.
Also THEY ARE NOT A UK COMPANY. So if you are thinking you're getting your stuff from the UK, think again.

First of all, I received no order confirmation. They also lied about immediate dispatch the same day on 4/4/22 as I paid for express delivery and kept being told the item would be dispatched but it wasn’t. All of my e-mails and messages were ignored until I involved PayPal.
They then had the audacity to respond to the PayPal claim on the 7/4/22 stating the item would arrive on the 6/7/44…in the past!?!?
I paid £8.90 for guaranteed delivery by 7/4/22 and the item is now stuck in customs until the 11/4/22.
That’s right…it’s get better! 1001Hobbies pose as a British company using a UK website domain and GBP currency but are actually based in France.
