The low rating on the review is due to me receiving completely the wrong chair? Also, I experienced extreme delays of over a month. I was advised both are due to a supplier issue. I am giving a few stars because contact was made to discuss my order. And I understand mistakes happen. I have now cancelled the order completely...

From placing order desk was delivered within 2 days it would have been 1 day if TNT didn’t have a backlog. It was well packaged. Easy to put together. Was a high quality piece of furniture. Would be more than happy to use this company again.

Ordered an office chair on Sunday and was advised it would be delivered on Thursday ....to my great surprise it arrived by Fedex today, just 2 days after ordering. Amazing!! Smooth transaction from start to finish and a great quality product.

Although it was with a bit of a defect as I contacted the store I was very surprised of a very quick reply and everything went very smoothly. I received the replacement part 2 days later. There is not even one single flaw I could write about these guys. My experience with them was superb: They contacted me to confirm my order and informed me of the delivery date, I received the order the next day, the product was as expected, no flaws, no defects. Cannot fault the service or product. The desk is very sturdy and the drawers and the door open /close smoothly. The communication from the company was brilliant and I would definitely recommend!

The chair is deep filled and very soft beautiful leather, so comfortable ,the waterfall design of the seat adds to the this comfortable chair.
The sales care is excellent ,and crucially they are there if you require a chat unlike faceless websites with no contact other than webmail after days on an enquiry.

Very good quality and a really nice TV unit which looks far more expensive than the price we paid for it. 121 were the cheapest supplier we could find with the added bonus of free delivery. I was wary like many of buying online through a company that was unknown to myself, however, I need not have worried. I ordered an office chair at 11pm but received a couple of missed phone calls followed by an email before 10am the next day advising me that the chair would not be available for a month. I replied and asked them to cancel my order and process my refund. This was received by 11:15. This is exceptionally quick and responsive customer service. I would not hesitate from making a purchase from this company in the future!

Absolutely brilliant.The website was really descriptive and accurate I knew what to go for straight away and could look at the high level description so was easy to navigate and good search functions. Very competitive in pricing, my product was the cheapest I could find. Kept up to date in delivery and managed my expectations during this difficult time by keeping in contact with me. Imagine my absolute surprise and delight when on standard delivery (which was free) I got my item within two days! Fantastic products, great service, a brilliant company and really lovely people. Could not fault this company one bit! Ordered and had emails recieved direct, to update on order status. Unfortunately assembly screws did not come in the package however, the team @ 121officefurniture were very quick in responding to my emails and having replacement parts sent out to me within a day. Thank you for your assistance with my order... Definitely reccomend using this company and give the utmost praise.
