Could not recommend 121officefurniture enough! Ordered a heavy duty office chair to enable working from home during the covid19 lockdown on 27th March at 20:30. It arrived 2 days earlier than expected on 1st April and received regular updates throughout the journey.
Chair itself is exactly as described on the site. A very solid, easy to assemble mesh office chair with lumbar support and headrest. Comparing similar products on other sites, this one had a higher weight capacity and was cheaper than anything else I could find. One of the best purchases I have made for the home office!

Unbelievably quick delivery. Great communication. Not sure it's possible to get the chair any cheaper or quicker. Really impressed and will recommend this company highly on the service and value. The chair is great as well if lacking in instruction for the head rest but I'm sure I'll work it out.

I don't normally leave reviews as I expect good service whereever I go (usually I'm disappointed; perhaps I'm just jaded). I looked for this chair when I saw it in PC World, but they weren't selling it as it was end of line, and everywhere else I looked was sold out.

Then I saw it here, I hummed and hawwed for a day or two, since my big fear of Internet shopping is having a screw-up on the order and then you got faceless distant agents who are all generically alike to deal with. Much better to deal with a local, known business, then you got someone you can talk to if something goes wrong.

To my (pleasant!) surprise, the chair arrived quickly. There was a slight hiccup in things but someone called straight away - now that impressed the hell out of me; he dealt with things quickly, competently and efficiently. He told me what he'd do, and, he did it, and the very next day, everything was fixed (I've had a long-running dispute with BT that is now in it's fifth year, just to compare and contrast!).

Now I'm sitting on a nice comfy chair. It's the small things that make for GREAT customer service, this is why I'm taking the un-heard of step of writing reviews on their website, Trust Pilot and Google.

So why should you deal with these guys? Quite simply, because they're excellent. Excellent service, excellent aftercare, just excellent throughout.

The Japanese have a business philosophy, they want to so delight their customers, they become eternal customers. If I need any office furniture again (and I know I will), these guys will be my first port of call.

I'd award 6 stars out of 5 if I could; but all I can say is a "Thank you guys, very much".

I ordered one item from 121 Office Furniture when searching for a range of items for a home office. The Price was very competitive and the quality was as described on the web-site. The product was delivered promptly and I was contacted in advance to give me notice.

I recently ordered a desk and office chair for my daughter & can’t fault this company or the products at all. Michael was really helpful & friendly when I spoke to him on the phone about the additional discount, delivery was free & came the day after I placed the order! & I’m really pleased with both the desk & chair - both are really sturdy and look good quality. The chair is really comfy. Great prices too. Highly recommended & wouldn’t hesitate to order from this company again.

I bought a Dams TR10 desk and Dams 2140 tall cabinet, both well-priced compared with other shops. Both items are good quality and well made but I had issues with when assembling them: the cupboard was missing a few screws and a few of the cam-holes were not in the right position, making assembly tricky. I'm sure if I'd contacted 121officefurniture they would have sorted it but I managed to work around it myself and complete building the cupboard which I'm very happy with as it provides loads of storage. I ordered another one and had no issues with assembly, so the first one must have been a "Friday" job.
The TR10 desk had a more serious issue: there are 6 holes by which the desk top is screwed on to the desk frame/legs, but two of the holes are a few mm smaller then the others. I tried forcing the supplied plastic threaded plugs into the smaller holes but to no avail. Contacted Michael at 121officefurniture who arranged for the correct sized inserts to be sent from the manufacturer Dams, but when I tried them, they were too small for the two holes, no doubt because I'd widened the smaller holes when trying to insert the larger plastic inserts into them. Contacted 121officefurniture again and a new desk top was sent out with the correct inserts, 4 plastic ones and 2 smaller brass ones. Finished building the desk, all good and very happy with it.
121 Office Furniture were very responsive in sorting out the issues I encountered, which were the fault of the manufacturer. Given the competitive pricing and the high standard of service, I highly recommend them.

great desk looks fab,took a couple of hours to assemble,,didn't help me putting on the drawer runners wrong,,better with 2 people once both sides have been assembled,overall a great looking desk at a great price,quick delivery too
