I ordered a Cabrini desk online from 1-2-1 as it was priced significantly cheaper than other suppliers. Like the previous review, I too was a little apprehensive that it was so much cheaper than some other suppliers but as the purchase was just over £100 and I used my credit card I knew it would be covered by the Section 75 guarantee if anything went wrong. Upon ordering I received email confirming order and the item was delivered two days later as advised ( I ordered Sunday evening and item delivered on Tuesday). I even rang and spoke to the company to check the delivery date and got through with ease. The desk was straightforward to assemble (although best to use two people if possible) and I’m very pleased with the quality of the product, it’s exactky what I was looking for. Overall, excellent company and service and I will certainly use again and recommend to others.

Just bought an Ergo office chair from 121 for home use. Seemed too cheap to be true, much better price than anywhere else online. So I was a little bit apprehensive but no need to be at all.
Delivered on time, had a short email correspondence too over a delivery question, swift courteous response.
I would use again without hesitation.

I ordered a student desk for my son on New Years Eve afternoon, and it arrived on 3rd January, with an apology for the delay! Great service, good price and a good, solid, quality-built product, easy to assemble with clear instructions and lots of spare screws etc. Couldn't be happier - will use 121 again.

I cannot fault this company. I have ordered from them twice now. I have just received twenty more chairs for our church. Service and website are very good and the chairs were delivered the day after ordering. Nice quality at a good price.

I ordered a computer desk late on Friday evening and it was delivered on Tuesday. Very pleased with both the price I paid and the speed of delivery. I would definitely use this company again.

I purchased a set of bunk beds. The whole experience from placing my order through to delivery was excellent. I was updated on a delivery date and then allocated a slot which I could monitor. On arrival the beds are excellent value for money and I am extremely pleased with the quality. They are exactly as described. I would not hesitate to use this company again and can strongly recommend them.

A small family business offering great service throughout the ordering and delivery process. I found a bookcase I was looking for at very competitive price. I was a little concerned when I initially ordered as there isn't much online about this company but I found a leather chair I was interested in so at 3pm I made the order, I got a payment confirmation email straight away and a friendly email also, its arrived the next day! I was going to order with Amazon as I am a prime member and it would have arrived next day also but 121 Office furniture were £22 cheaper so I went with them and I am glad I did and will go to them again! I would advise anyone to go with this company they offer a fast, efficient and personal service. 5*

What a great company to deal with. I found them through the recommendation of a colleague. Next day delivery (included in the price!) and even a call to arrange the delivery time around my schedule.

Found the site on internet - easy to identify what I wanted, was the cheapest price, ordered. Delivered 2 days later, no fuss to assemble - all very professional.

I placed an order at 9pm on Friday for a desk and it arrived this morning, Tuesday.
When I called to check the order and delivery times, the phone was answered by a very courteous gentleman who quickly found my order and talked me through what would happen next.
I'm always a bit skeptical about buying from the cheapest supplier but this has proved me wrong.

Was initially reluctant to place an order with this company as I couldn't find many reviews but eventually I ordered 2 office chairs through their website. Easy process. I emailed them about the delivery day and got a pretty instant response. Very polite and helpful. No hesitation in recommending them or using again.
