Paid a premium amount for a transfer…

Paid a premium amount for a transfer Koh Lanta to Hat Yai in Euros!! What a joke this company is! And their partners Jijie Travel and Tours in Krabi Thailand are very poor transport operators. Pls book with hotel desk not 12go.asia.

Initially they are scammers …

I could put 5*****but I put 2**because proceeding to the booking from 22€ you arrive to pay 26,16 and at the end they do not justify the 4,16€ and the invoice that they sent you is for 22€. There is obviously a fraud here that should be checked by the competent authorities. Initially they are scammers.. we will see later if their partners are worth our money.

Run. Do not use this app.

Update: 3rd April
This morning I sent an email to their feedback email in the Playstore.
All previous emails were sent to support.
Full refund in my account this afternoon.
Rating moved up to 2 stars.
Dealing with this company was extremely stressful.

I used 12Go to book 2 train tickets from Da Nang - Hue. I booked on 26th March for travel on the 1st April. The 31st March I had to start chasing them as I had not received any tickets just the receipt.
They did get back to me, but sent me the boarding pass for a totally different person travelling from Da Nang - Saigon. Since then I have emailed them 14 times and have heard nothing. They have not refunded my €16.53.
I had to buy new tickets at Da Nang train station. At the train station they are one quarter the price. I will not be using this app ever again. I have left a similar review on Google Play but I have no idea how to get my money back. Negative reviews don't seem to bother them. They took my money in exchange for a ticket which they never provided me with. Thieves.

Misleading and Unprofessional Service

I booked a speedboat ticket with 12Go Asia, but on travel day, I was placed on a completely different, much cheaper boat without any explanation. No one informed me of the change, and when I complained to 12Go, they did nothing.

They sold me a service that didn’t exist, and refused any compensation. This is misleading, unprofessional, and a clear lack of transparency.

Do not use 12Go Asia if you want reliable service and customer support.

Absolutely NO

Absolutely NO! Do not book anything with them.

I booked a ticket from Phuket to Ao Nang, but no one informed me about the correct pickup time—no communication from their side at all. I waited in the lobby from 09:00 until 11:20 (note: pickup was supposed to be between 09:00-11:00, and the ferry departs at 12:00).

After trying to call them and waiting for over two hours, I assumed no one was coming, so I decided to take a Grab to the pier. Then, at around 11:50—when I was already in the Grab—they finally called me. No apologies, nothing. I requested a refund, but got nothing as well.

They provide inconsistent pickup times and have 0% customer service. It’s not about the money; this is simply not how customer service should be. They don't take ownership, and just pretend the pickup time was another time! WORST EXPERIENCE!

I’ve traveled to many Asian countries and have never had such an experience—I know what I’m talking about! 😉 I highly recommend booking through your accommodation or the stands you find outside.

12GoAsia is billing in the wrong currency.

I live in North America. 12GoAsia billed one of my reservations for travel in Asia in Euros, thus I incurred a currency conversion charge from the credit issuer.
So, I would advise customers to be mindful of this if they don't live in the Euro zone.

Awful experience

Awful experience. We booked from Phuket to Khao Sok. Was supposed to arrive within 5 hours. Which ended up being over 7 hours. We spent the first 2/3 hours driving around Phuket picking up different people. Then arrived at Phuket airport to be told to get off and swap vehicles. We then were drove around Phuket again and taken back to the airport to pick up more passengers. We then started heading towards Khao Sok and stopped half way and told to get off again and wait for another mini bus who would take us the rest of the way. So much stopping and starting. If you need to get to your destination on time I'd advise avoiding 12go.

Don't use 12goasia.com and go direct to the company. They charge way more and don't let you reserve your seats: I would usually go through the bus company websites or at least local agencies, but thought I would try 12go Asia for the first time. Most bus companies in Asia will let you book your own seats and charge around $5+ less. As a foreign traveller, 12goasia.com can be detrimental to a long journey. Instead of 12goasia.com, spend a moment to search for local companies and your travel experience will be much better.

Avoid 12Go Asia

Avoid 12Go Asia: Misleading Tickets and Terrible Customer Support

I had an extremely frustrating experience with 12Go Asia that I feel others should know about. I booked a transfer from Krabi to Koh Lanta, and the ticket clearly stated “Transfer Anywhere in Krabi.” However, after the booking, I was informed that my hotel was outside their pick-up zone. This was never mentioned in the booking description, which is incredibly misleading.

When I contacted 12Go Asia’s support, I provided alternative pick-up locations that were within their stated zone to resolve the issue. Despite following up multiple times and marking my messages as urgent, they failed to respond until 5 minutes after the scheduled departure time. This left me with no option but to book another transfer last-minute at my own expense.

Adding to the frustration, the operator confirmed that they were only informed by 12Go Asia 10 minutes before departure, making it clear that the issue was entirely due to 12Go Asia’s poor communication and lack of coordination.

Key Issues:
1. Misleading Ticket Information: The promise of “Anywhere in Krabi” was false. If there are restrictions, they must be explicitly stated upfront.
2. Nonexistent Support: Despite sending multiple urgent messages over 24 hours, I received no meaningful assistance.
3. Last-Minute Chaos: Their delayed response left me stranded and forced me to arrange an alternative transfer.
4. Operator Not at Fault: The operator was only notified by 12Go Asia at the last minute, making it clear this was a failure on 12Go Asia’s part.

Recommendation:

If you can, always book your transfer directly through your hotel or operator, not through 12Go Asia. Hotel operators are far more reliable, and you won’t have to deal with the complete lack of accountability and poor customer service that 12Go Asia provides.

This was an entirely avoidable situation, and I would not recommend using 12Go Asia for anyone who values clarity, professionalism, or reliable service. Be warned—once you’ve paid, their support team will likely leave you to figure things out on your own.

Terrible service with no response

Terrible service with no response! I booked my train ticket from LP to VV in Laos, paid in full and was advised that I would get the tickets 3 days before my travel date. Heard nothing, followed up via emails & apps with no response. A day before my travel date, I was advised after 3pm that the tickets are not available! Now I have to chase my refund, wish me luck!

Really bad service

Really bad service. My wife and me booked first class night-train tickets from Surat Thani to Bangkok. Accidantially, we took Thailand Railway (and not Thailand RailwayS (the only difference is the "s" which does not make sense, since it is the same train). 12go.asia put us (my wife and me (same surname) without any notice in advance in a different cabin. On the bottom of the email there is also a text with "no refund" When I saw it (just 10 minutes later), I directly contacted 12go.asia to help me find a solution. Since 2 days there is no reaction from 12go.asia. We now do not know if we need to buy new tickets or if 12go.asia will support us. Knowing that 1st class tickets are very quick sold out. And honestly, I don't see any point why I should pay for such a service 80 Euro! I am very disappointed about the service.

I had a horrible experience buying a ticket at t12go. The printed ticket with seat number and barcode that I received was not registered in the manifest (fraud by this agent against me). My trip was ruined, I recommend never to deal with this agent.

Ticket scam

Buying Indian train tickets isn’t easy. 12Go made it look a little easier. But I got two emails afterwards saying “prevent your tickets from being cancelled, try paying again, your payment hasn’t gone through”. So with one of the emails, I submitted my payment details again. I subsequently got charged twice and 12Go will only refund 50% of the duplicate payment. This is a scam and avoid the website at all costs.

Very average

Pretty average. They can't guarantee you'll get what your ordered. However they will guarantee they will overcharge you drastically, like 500% and they are very unlikely to refund you any where near the rltrue difference for what they deliver compared to what you book. Also the tone and language used during email discourse, made it seem like they were blaming me for their error. Would not recommend. However, I believe, they may be the only company doing this kind of thing

Beware of these scammers

Beware! Scam Alert!

Do not make any booking with these fraudsters. There customer support is horrible and they support unfair practices. We reserved two seats for a journey from airport to city in Hanoi. The operator made us sit in 1 seat in congestion.

The customer service team responded with saying try to adapt. These people are fraudsters and scammers. Hopefully some legitimate agency gets hold of them and make them pay for their actions.
