Sneaky website

Sneaky website. They make it so difficult to find the information you need (eg: contact support, the fees chargerd) and present data in a very confusing way to over-charge you.

No refund for free infant

I bought 5 ticket an gave the name and ages. Got charged full price even though one was and infant and should be free. Wrote to support but the didn’t wanna give money back after getting picture of passport and everything. The trip itself was okay. That’s all

A complete rip off

A complete rip off, overpriced tickets, a non-existent customer support & not revealing all the info at the booking therefore surely you will end up with an unpleasant surprise once you paid. My favourite joke is the extra customer support, which is just another trick without any service behind it.

Diabolical 12goAsia

My partner booked 2 tickets on an overnight VIP bus from Bangkok to Chang Mai for 4th January 2024 at 21:19 and paid in full €59.85 on 21st December 2023
Only to receive an email on 22nd December to say that the bus we selected was full and gave me alternative times or said we could cancel with a full refund. (Support Case 1780554)
He replied immediately (22nd December) to say we would take up the option of an alternative time on the same day.
Todate we have contacted 12goAsia ten times through their website without any reply from them

We still do not know if they are arranging new tickets for us or if they are sending a refund and we are to find alternative transportation

We are very upset and disappointed by their lack of any communication.
Using this review as a last resort to try to get a reply from 12goAsia.

Terrible Experience: Failed Booking and Lack of Accountability

I had a terrible experience with 12go-Asia. Despite booking well in advance (in February!!!) for a trip from Bangkok to Chiang Mai on July 27th, they failed to honor our reservation, causing immense inconvenience and frustration.

The level of incompetence and unprofessionalism displayed by 12go-Asia is unacceptable. Our booking was not processed correctly, resulting in a complete disruption of our travel plans. Their lack of accountability and poor communication only added to the problem.

I strongly advise caution when considering 12go-Asia for travel services. Their failure to deliver on promises and the lack of accountability highlight significant issues within their organization. It is crucial to be aware of their subpar service.

Overall, my experience with 12go-Asia was highly disappointing. I hope this review helps others make informed choices and prompts 12go-Asia to address their shortcomings for future customers.

Worst scammers… as I saw in other…

Worst scammers… as I saw in other reviews, they have wrong dates in the checkout and after booking there are other dates n the tickets you went for. For sure you cannot cancel or change it with getting your money back.

Grouptour burned my bag with cigarette

During the trip from Cat Ba to Ha Giang company Grouptour has ruined my new Osprey bag y dropping it in dirt and leaving a cigarette burn in it. They were also 3 hours late. Avoid this company. I hope 12goasia does something about it. Booking reference #EC6385351.

Book for next year

Book for next year, now they have canceled, and offered me credit, WTH!. I will not use these ever again!

If i have paied for something and you cancel it then im entitled for a full refund not credit. Also they are only refunding 50% of my money.... how can this be correct, i paid for the trip i paid all the extra insurance, and yet still they tell me 60 days to get half my money back. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS SCAM.

Brilliant travel company

We are travelling through Thailand Malaysia & Singapore at the moment & have found ourselves more & more using the travel site 12goAsia for all types of transport from private mini bus , to rail, buses , boats & flights , we have found them to be really good & reliable & very good value for money . Very easy to find information for your onward travel arrangements & book online . With instant confirmation & full itinerary of your chosen route A really great company I am happy to recommend because 12go Asia take all the hassle out of travel for us .
