We really try to treat each client as we would want to be treated and part of that is service excellence and giving space and time to consider the cover on offer.
Good research on options after a subsidence claim
Well before the renewal date started doing lots of research on possibilites for a new insurer when old one would no longer continue after a subsidence claim. Explained the options and found a reasonable quote.

The reason why I use Richard's company is because it's quick and easy and I make sure I am getting the right level of cover. Excellent service
The company always gives notification well in advance of renewal dates. This enables thought to be given to the renewal requirements and to obtain agreement from fellow committee members. Receipt of instructions are actioned promptly by them as is the forwarding of the insurance documentation once renewed.
