The worst holiday ever
I was so disappointed with my holiday the caravan was not cleaned properly the sofa was black and disgusting, windows wouldn't close properly in the bed rooms so the van was cold, the company was no help at all with trying to make my stay better and refused any form of compensation I would not use this company

Disgusting support - be careful when booking!!
Disgusting support, hotel we stayed in was disgusting in hunstanton. The company took no responsibility for the conditions.
The didn't acknowledge the following:
1. A broken fridge
2. Disgusting condition for bed frame
3. Curtains fallen down.
4. Disgusting cleaning services
5. Mould in the shower
6. Cigarettes outside caravan
7. Dodgy doors and window handles.
8. I had even forgot one extremely loose chair
Response came back saying nothing was wrong when left. Shame I can't upload pictures and videos to here.

Even if you pay for extra WI-FI it's very rubbish
2C always helpful and friendly staff. Holidayed with them for a few times now and no problems. Parkdean need to focus a little more on providing better entertainment as not worth the cost of passes. Mainly use staff and not outside acts. There was also lack of staff available covering the bar and bingo book sales. This was peak season August should not have that issue. You're not on holiday to queue for 20~30 minutes to buy things or order food and drinks. It's all very well saying use the fabulous app but the WI-FI needs major improvement on the Hunstanton site for this to work.

Great offers always available with 2C. Obviously have had the odd hiccup with some of the accommodations but have had reassurance that these issues would be followed up. Great choice of accommodations and plenty of choice for pet friendly homes. Will always check with 2C first before looking elsewhere

I had booked a holiday on booking . Com for a short break away for possibly 4 of us but they pointed me to h2 holidays for any questions, Will was very helpful and advised us to bring duvet, pillow cases, wash up liquid, bin bag, t towel, towels and toiletries which was most helpful as I hadn’t seen that on original booking, the only reason I didn’t give a full star rating is because you can’t get in to the homes until 4 which is quite late compared to other holidays I’ve booked, that is not Wills fault at all just company policy probably. Thank you Will.

A brilliant time was had by all!
A brilliant time was had by all! It was a long weekend break and family get together. The luxurious accommodation was extremely impressive! We had everything we needed, there was so much to do, from chilling out to swimming and tennis and no need to leave the premises once we were there. I cannot recommend this unique holiday home enough. We will certainly be looking at rebooking.

Good service and great caravan
Good service from the company on extending my holiday. Always prompt in their replies. The caravan was very well equipped with comfortable furniture, roomy double bedroom and really nice curtains. Good location near to town and beach, and good facilities on site. This is the second time I've used this company and I will do so again.
