Brilliant service

Visited 3A's Leisure in August to have our first habitation check on our motorhome. We had a couple of minor issues with the Van from when we picked it up last August and due to the fact that we live in Yorkshire 3A's kept the equipment that needed replacing until we came for the motorhome check. Once again we found all the staff to be absolutely fantastic and really helpful. We stayed outside the site the night before and they had left the electric on for us in the morning they gave us a curtsey car for the day while the check was carried out. Dave and I would like to give the staff a big thank you. Wish all dealerships were like them.

Excellent sales, service, shop and cafe

We bought a brand new Chausson motorhome from 3As in 2019 and were impressed with the excellent advice and support we received from the sales staff. That high level of service has continued throughout all departments to the present day. Warranty issues have all been dealt with and we are pleased with the work which the technicians have carried out, including annual habitation services. We also frequently visit the really delicious Paned cafe at 3As and we have bought several items from the well stocked shop. All staff are very welcoming, efficient and helpful. Thank you to everyone at 3As.

Great sales and after-sales service

We bought a used caravan from 3A’s last summer. I’ve waited until now (12 months later) before I left a very in depth review. I have read lots of reviews which comment on their after sales service and to be honest if I had read the reviews prior to seeing the van, I would have been put off purchasing it from them.

First thing, purchasing the caravan. The sales staff were very helpful, there was no pressure selling and all of our queries were answered before agreeing to purchase. There were other issues I had noticed, this included a rusty guard next to the cooker and slightly split grab handles on the front. As these issues were so minor I didn’t bring them up to the saleswoman.

We had to wait a week extra before we would collect but during this time 3A’s had contacted me to see if I wanted the old solar panel mounts removed as the solar panel had been removed by the previous owner. We opted to have a new panel fitted. 3A’s completed this at a very competitive price and did a great job. Upon collecting the caravan the new sink had been fitted, new grab handles installed and the cooker guard replaced with a new one. The PDI had been completed to an exceptional standard.

We used the van a few times towards the end of the season, by which time we had identified a few small issues. I made contact with the 3A’s warranty team who arranged to have the van back as soon as they had workshop space. Between booking the van in and delivering it another issue came up. I called 3A’s who said that this wasn’t a problem and added it to the job list.

3A’s responded quickly to my emails and kept me up to date. I requested that they change the numberplate on the van as we changed the car, they did this so it was ready when I collected it.

We collected the van, all the jobs have been completed to a high standard and we are very pleased with the level of service we have received.

Today, I’m away in the van and had an issue with the motor mover. Joe assisted me (despite the van being out of warranty) and got it back working. Fantastic service!

Overall a very positive experience. They are extremely busy, so sometimes it’s worth bearing this in mind.

Had a few issues with our New Motorhome…

Had a few issues with our New Motorhome but so far 3asleisure have always fixed the problems. Telephoned today and technician Tom called us back giving good advice to solve our problem with water not coming through the tap. Thanks Tom much appreciated.

Outstanding service, excellent buying experience

Last year I purchased a motorhome from 3a’s but after several trips away concluded the layout wasn’t working for me. Started looking around for a replacement but soon realised I will be buying again from 3a’s - why? Where other dealers fell down 3a’s provided the total package for me. They have a large and varied stock with regular updates, allow you full access to the vehicles onsite, finance rates are far better than others, they are local to me but the way Steffan and Alyson, on the sales team, worked with me to find the right replacement was outstanding. Professional, understanding my requirements, patient but also always friendly - making the whole experience a total pleasure.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to everyone for your next leisure vehicle purchase. Thanks 3a’s.

I question the owners word

Purchased our brand new motorhome from this company and once the payment was made everything fell apart .
They had probably sold a similar van to someone and had swapped items / parts with our van, no explanation ,no correspondence , no apology ! Emails were sent and was made to feel as if it was our fault .
Owners / directors never got in touch as promised

Wouldn't buy anything from this…

Wouldn't buy anything from this company,just had to fight for my money back,sold me a motorhome full of damp, took eight months,but got there in the end,make sure you do your research, they do tell lies,and are very good at it,stay away from them.

Good Experience

Took our Chausson for annual service . The receptionist was pleasant and efficient, Phil the Service Manager was very professional and provided feedback on issues raised .Aled in warranty section was informative and very helpful.
Can’t fault my experience.

Aled and Paul restore my faith in 3a’s

Made a final call as was not getting anywhere couldn’t get any sense since march and was losing faith in 3a’s as just bought this new caravan a swift 840

Then hoorah spoke to Aled in warranty and within ten minutes he had sorted my shower tap issue booked me in with an engineer Paul who turned up promptly and must say these two have been 3a’s saving Grace as before this I felt I never wanted to deal with them again

Many thanks firstly Aled in Warranty , first bit of sense in ages and Paul for sorting my van out, and just being a grand chap whilst doing it

Excellent service

We recently purchased a caravan with 3A’s in Carmarthen and wished to have an automatic motor mover fitted. We took the caravan back to them on Monday and the motor mover was fixed promptly the following day and we could take the caravan home the same day. Excellent service by all the staff who also helped us with a number of accessories we needed. All members of staff that we engaged with in sales, accessories and the workshop were polite and were ready to help and advise with our queries which were many as we are caravan newbies. Cannot fault them.

Excellent customer service

Throughout the process from order, delay by supplier, eventual delivery by supplier and handover Steff and Alyson at 3a's have been brilliant. They have taken the time to deal with my queries and have always been polite, courteous and knowledgeable. I would thoroughly recommend this local firm.

Totally Flawless & A Great Experience

A pleasure from start to finish in dealing with 3A's. Absolutely delighted with our new motorhome that we collected last week. The whole process was seamless and totally stress free. Communication was faultless and everything we requested was actioned swiftly.
Thank you to Richard from our initial enquiry to collection, and to the rest of the handover team for ensuring our collection experience was perfect. The fact this business had a stack of new and used vehicles awaiting handover spoke volumes. We were made to feel very special, which doesn't happen often.....

Poor after sales support

Typical example of this company. Assured all week 3as would be out to visit our caravan today on our caravan site to fix a shower issue. Husband travelled down last night and guess what no show yet again. They have done this to us twice.
Caravan is only 10 months old.
Horrific customer service
Stay away
We have had a very very poor experience from beginning.
Sold us a brand new damp caravan initially. Took it back to them 6 months later and they took a £1000 of us for the privilege of supposedly buying a new caravan.
Now having issues with a 2022 swift charisma and customer support is shocking.

Brilliant company, Fantastic Staff

Brilliant company, lots to look at and compare resulted in the purchase of our first motorhome. Staff especially Alison and Wayne first class. So knowledgeable and couldn't be more helpful if they tried. Allowed us to really take our time to chose what suited us best and were on hand for all questions without being in any way intrusive. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC BOTH STAFF AND COMPANY

I bought my first campervan from this wonderful company. To be honest I do not know where to start. Alyson Evans, the lady who I dealt with was so knowledgeable and friendly and not pushy at all. She went out of her way to be helpful on so many levels for which I will be eternally grateful. Buying was a fantastic and exciting experience.
Since picking up my campervan the customer service has been second to none. Wayne who did the handover and who also picked up my caravan was fabulous. Wayne in the workshop who put a new receiver in the seatbelt for me for my dog was amazing and has since given me several clever pieces of advice. Marie who has sought new wipers for me has been so helpful too.
I cannot praise this company enough.
Thank you 3A's Carmarthen. If you are going to buy as motorhome, campervan or caravan I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Having Great Customer Service experienced a few difficulties…

Having experienced a few difficulties in getting my caravan repaired I contacted
Lucy Griffiths in the Warranty Department of 3A’s. She listened intently to my tale of woes, and assured me that she would do everything in her power to ensure that things would be resolved to my satisfaction. I had heard such reassurances before from others, but without any progress. This time it was different!
Lucy outlined a clear plan of action and importantly, kept me informed of the progress at each stage. Despite the odd set back, not of Lucy’s making, she ensured that the necessary work was completed.
I cannot overstate how grateful I was for Lucy’s calm and professional approach.
Thank you 3A’s for your assistance in this matter, and I’m sure you appreciate how important it is to have a gem like Lucy as part of your customer service team.

dreadful communication - avoid

put a deposit on a caravan 4 months ago on the 10th september and have had only 2 calls since then. we were told would be 5 weeks in the shop to get checks complete and 4 months on we still do not have a caravan and communication has been dreadful.

have emailed to request my deposit of 1k back, wasn’t able to find details for a complaints dept.
