I thoroughly recommend 42Cycling for servicing and repairs. Kevin is an honest and amiable person and his work is top notch.

I took my wife’s bike in for a service and tune up and he kept me informed of what was required before carrying out the work. When I collected it the next day it was like a new bike. Perfect working order and immaculately clean.

42cycling are fantastic - I've used Kev and 42 for all of my cycle needs since the business started at they've been immense. Great communication, competitive pricing, really knowledgeable and such a nice bloke. I've been busy recommending them to anyone I speak to who needs work done to a cycle or who could benefit from his guiding or that may enjoy one of his fantastic tours.

Kev exceeded expectations, I would definitely recommend his services. I don't have the same dexterity I once had and bike maintenance was never a strong point for me but Kev's advice was practical and pragmatic. First time going to Kev and its the first time I haven't felt I was being over sold expensive parts I didn't really need. Bike working like a dream again.

Highly recommend Kev as bike mechanic. Attention to detail is second to none. Noticed his van a while back and turns out he lives just along the road which is handy. Has a clear passion for bikes and will treat your bike like it's his own.

Kev is very knowledgeable and provides an excellent professional service. Cannot recommend him highly enough!

I asked Kevin to service my girlfriend's bike, he went above and beyond, he even gave it a clean, and explained how to fine tune the gears. I will be asking him again.

Fantastic service from Kevin. My bike was serviced and cleaned to the highest standard and when I picked it up Kevin went above what was expected and helped me set up the suspension and position of seat brakes etc. Top quality work and top quality bloke.

This was the first time I used 42cycles. In the past I have used some of the larger company's. I can honestly say, the service that was provided was second to none. It was slick, cost effective and done in a timely manner.

Throughout my bike service I received regular updates and pictures showning the progress and issues found. I highly recommend this company.

Did the North cost 500 with Kev. Not long to ridding and I have learned so much in seven days.

Had an amazing week riding the roads of the North Coast 500 with 42 Cycling. We went off the official route after John O'Groats which lead to some amazing scenery and roads that where quiet and great for cycling. Routes where well planned to pass some amazing scenery along the Scottish Highlands.

Kev's enthusiasm and energy lead to some demanding and enjoyable group riding that tested the legs. Customer care was demonstrated with some late nights from Kevin spent ensuring bikes where serviceable and safe for the next days riding.

Rider safety was a priority for 42 cycling and the ride was well balanced with the covid restrictions with health and wellbeing being next in line to rider safety.

Anyone looking for either a demanding group ride or just a scenic tour around the Highlands should look no further than 42 Cycling. FTFT !

Wonderful 2 days riding around Loch Ness on the mountain bike. Kevin of 42 cycling did an amazing job from collecting us at the airport; arranging bikes and accommodation and very informative guiding around the Loch, with great knowledge of the trails and the area. Felt safe every way of the trip and would recommend him and 42 Cycling to anyone who wanted a hassle free and beautiful view of the Scottish highlands from the saddle. Thanks Kev - superstar!

A wonderful Mountain Bike experience that exceeded expectations. The scenery was simply breathtaking and the route taken provided plenty of interest. There was enough challenge, plenty of fun riding and virtually no riding on roads. Our guide had detailed knowledge of the trail and gave plenty of advice for what lay ahead, his technical expertise was needed and kept the bikes rolling smoothly which was very reassuring. There was a real sense of achievement at the end but above all a tremendous feeling of satisfaction and well being. Should be on every Mountain bikers bucket list
