Hello Tobechukwu, thank you for your review. As per our discussion over the telephone, we have been told by the courier that delivery was attempted twice, but refused both times. I understand you don't believe this to be correct so we've issued a full refund for you today.
I am very sorry to hear you think of us as the 'worst company ever' as that's not the reputation we strive for, but we can only go by the information provided to us at the time. We will endeavour to investigate this order further and make improvements where possible.

We never received our order at all and we filled with lies after lies
We never received our order at all. The order was placed a week before the labels were required for a major tender. We lost the tender because of this. After cancelling the order with 5star, after being told the courier kept coming after we were closed, we placed the order with another company. They delivered the very next day, using the same courier, who just happened to make the delivery in within our opening hours. We spoke with the driver who said only he covers our area and he never had a delivery for us to begin with. So, 5star have just lied all along.
