Ordered a number of items. A few issues with delivery but the company resolved these as I would have expected. No company gets things right all the time, its how a complaint is dealt with that matters.

Although the product you ordered had been discontinued by the manufacturer, I understand we did offer you the replacement model at the same price which wasn’t deemed suitable. I ordered 5 star pens which you didnt have. So without notifying me you simply sent me a box of inferior pens. Admittedly you refunded me immediately. That's why I have given you 3 stars. But allowing customers to order products you dont have seems unprofessional.
