Spacious 4 bedroom villa with wonderful views of Alanya and the sea. The villa is located high on the side of a mountain and the drive there from Alanya is quite challenging. The final descent from the street to the villa is very steep. We stayed there with friends in May 2026 and had a wonderful vacation. The villa's hostess lived nearby and was always quick to help us if we had any questions. We felt very comfortable on our vacation. We really enjoyed spending time by the pool. The pool was heated, which was great in the spring. The villa also had a lovely little green garden and a barbecue area.

Absolutely loved our stay at the villas! The host is an amazing lady and was super helpful and responsive. Beautiful villas and stunning views. Would come back any day!

Our Turkish spring holiday in Alanya at Villa Alanya 1005 was comfortable and wonderful! Thank you, charming Helen, for your care and attention! Our group was delighted with the cozy, spacious house with a pool, jacuzzi, stunning views from the balconies, and surrounded by greenery! The house is equipped with everything you need: a stove, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, and even small items like a hairdryer, mixer, and blender. Excellent beds with orthopedic mattresses, and a wonderful kitchen-living area for meals, board games, socializing, and watching movies. We were delighted by the abundant greenery surrounding the house. We rate our stay 5 out of 5.

We vacationed in Turkey at Alanya Villa 1005 in March 2026. Spring in Turkey is wonderful! A wonderful and cozy house, perfectly matching the photos. A comfortable space combining the kitchen and living room. A good dining table for a large group, comfortable sleeping areas, and numerous cozy corners throughout the villa for contemplation, privacy, and conversation. An outdoor Jacuzzi with constantly heated water. We already miss the gorgeous views from the panoramic windows and the cozy living room. Our stay at this villa was wonderful! And most importantly, Helena's warm welcome and care touched our hearts. She was always in touch with us and helped us with any questions we had. We dream of staying at this house again.

We had a fantastic stay in Calpe! The accommodation was absolutely top-notch. The equipment and facilities were very comprehensive – everything we needed was there and nothing was missing. It really felt like a home away from home.

The location is perfect as well, with everything easily accessible and the surroundings simply beautiful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

After I made my reservation they sent me an email requesting 45x the price of my original reservation to "finalize" my reservation.

Stephanie always replied promptly when I had a question or request. I didn’t travel with my party for arrival. I was worried there would be an issue. Stephanie made sure all would be ok.

Lovely villa in a beautiful location overlooking Alanya. We have been coming here for 10 years now and each time we come there is a new improvement making it better than the last time. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing break. Nothing is too much trouble and if you need help with something everyone goes out of their way for you, Can’t recommend highly enough.

The flat was great. Check-in/check-out was easy and the team was attentive, checking on us each day.

Stayed at the Rustic rest for 6 weeks for work and it's a lovely cottage, lovely sourendings And not to far from kildare town, would highly recommend anyone looking to stay here

Villas were beautiful definitely 5 star. Kids loved the pools and hot tubs. All amenities needed. Host were super helpful and quick replies. We loved our stay here

Disney Family Fun Made Easy!

We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn’t be better (just minutes from Disney World).

The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too!

With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed.

Extras that made our stay even better:
-Parking right out front (so convenient!)
-Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils
-Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options
-Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!)
-Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager

Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone wanting comfort, fun, and a magical base for their Disney adventure!

Absolutely perfect stay! Helena and Steph were incredibly helpful and informative throughout. The Pine Hills apartments were beautifully equipped and decorated. The gardens and pool were immaculate, and the little restaurant by the pool was a lovely touch. We're already planning our next booking – 5-star service from 5 Star Villa Holidays. ABOVE EXPECTATIONS – September 8–14, 2025 | Villa 1004

We stayed as a family for six nights at Villa 1004 in Alanya, and our experience was truly beyond expectations. The panoramic view of Alanya Castle and the city from the villa is absolutely stunning, both during the day and at night.

Our host, Helena, is more than just a “super host.” She is professional, caring, and exceptionally friendly—truly a super-plus host. She was almost always available for questions or assistance and always willing to help with a smile. Helena also arranged a rental car for us through a reliable company, which made our vacation even more enjoyable. In addition, she organized a Jeep Safari tour with a professional operator, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip.

Emrah also deserves special mention—he was incredibly responsive and supportive. Each time we contacted him, he was available within 10 minutes, which gave us great peace of mind throughout our stay.

Overall, Villa 1004 offered us not only a beautiful home with breathtaking views but also outstanding hospitality. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Alanya.
