Absolutely perfect stay! Helena and Steph were incredibly helpful and informative throughout. The Pine Hills apartments were beautifully equipped and decorated. The gardens and pool were immaculate, and the little restaurant by the pool was a lovely touch. We're already planning our next booking – 5-star service from 5 Star Villa Holidays. ABOVE EXPECTATIONS – September 8–14, 2025 | Villa 1004

We stayed as a family for six nights at Villa 1004 in Alanya, and our experience was truly beyond expectations. The panoramic view of Alanya Castle and the city from the villa is absolutely stunning, both during the day and at night.

Our host, Helena, is more than just a “super host.” She is professional, caring, and exceptionally friendly—truly a super-plus host. She was almost always available for questions or assistance and always willing to help with a smile. Helena also arranged a rental car for us through a reliable company, which made our vacation even more enjoyable. In addition, she organized a Jeep Safari tour with a professional operator, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip.

Emrah also deserves special mention—he was incredibly responsive and supportive. Each time we contacted him, he was available within 10 minutes, which gave us great peace of mind throughout our stay.

Overall, Villa 1004 offered us not only a beautiful home with breathtaking views but also outstanding hospitality. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Alanya.

We had a wonderful stay at this holiday home! Everything was spotless and perfectly prepared. The facilities left nothing to be desired and we felt comfortable from the very first moment. A special thanks to the local management – extremely friendly, helpful and always attentive. We would be happy to come back anytime!

Villa was amazing. Had the greatest time in Alanya and the Villa made it that much better. Very comfortable and a great place to relax.

The villa was beautiful. My family and I were amazed by the decor, cleanliness and the view. Emrah was brilliant and so helpful with everything we needed. He went above board to ensure that we had what we needed and that the house was in good repair. We had two villas and there were 15 of us. The only negative was the lead up to the villa because it is on a hill and some vans couldn’t have us all in there to get up. Despite this, we would definitely stay again.

We booked this villa through Marriott Home & Villas' website. The local property manager was 5 Star Villa Holidays. When entering the villa, we looked around and realized we had made a mistake. The place was not up to Marriott standards nor ours. We called and sent emails to both 5 Star Villa Holidays and Interhome. 5 Star Villa Holidays took a day to respond to us, via email. In the email they stated that Wi-Fi, working TV, kitchen and bathroom essentials not guaranteed. Directly contradicting the posting on the on the website. They told us if we decided to leave, there would be no refund. We took pictures of our concerns and presented them to both Marriott Home & Villa as well as 5 Star Villa Holidays.
• Damp and moldy smell when entering the villa.
• The villa did not have Wi-Fi, and the small TV was not working.
• The only couch was a white loveseat that had stains and sowing to repair a large tear.
• Broken handles on bedrooms doors
• Inferior quality linens, questionable comforters, and stained pillows, no protectors.
• The kitchen did not have mitts or kitchen towels, and the glassware was dirty.
• Shower doors did not close properly so when showering water flooded the floor.
• Bathrooms provided only one roll of toilet paper: not even a new roll.
• No soap, mini shampoo, nothing else provided.
• One hairdryer was gross and the second hair dryer, still in the box, did not fit the outlet.
• Constant loud gurgling during night hours; creating lack of sleep for the entire family.
• No screens to leave a door or window open for ventilation.
We relocated to our family to a hotel, paying for 3 rooms instead of staying at this villa. When traveling abroad, please do your research so you do not have a similar experience.

The guy that had the keys to the house came at night, he was very professional and kind. Overall the experience was 10 out of 10, we had evrything we needed. It was also a great check out

Helena and Emrah are very nice and caring people. The house has stunning views and is literally perfect. It's quiet, nice, everything is high quality. I very much recommend staying there. If you are an unsafe driver consider using transfer services, albeit you get used to the roads.

Wonderfull, modern and well equipped villa with an astonish view over the Mediterranian see and Alanya. You feel the luxury in everything.
A car is a must, road and parking are a little bit of a challenge but it is absolutely worth it.

The villa was beautiful from the pool to the scenic views. The bed were really comfortable and my room was the perfect size for 1 person. however the water could’ve of been warmer and better Ac in the communal area e.g living rooom/ kitchen. But overall I enjoyed all the villa and the amenities that came with it.

Many things to do and a wonderful view also very nice and clean inside!

The villa was nice, and the views were scenic. However the hot water wasn’t always working (i think there was a hot tank that only produced hot water at certain times but I’m not sure). We also requested heated hot tubs and heated pool. However our group didn’t use the pool as the weather was so cold. I think we would have enjoyed it more if the weather was warmer. It would have been nice if the villa was cleaned properly too as there was dust in certain areas e.g toilet sink. Overall it was a nice experience.

If I could rate zero I would.
We booked a villa last May 2024 for our upcoming wedding in Ibiza this year (2025). Less than three months before our wedding, 5 star villa has cancelled our booking & have gone radio silence since.
I have requested our money back multiple times… countless emails, FB messages, Instagram messages & phonecalls… still no response.

As we have needed to book an alternative villa (for our wedding) this has come at a huge additional cost to us due to how late we are now booking.

Wedding funds allocated elsewhere have needed to be used to pay for a new villa.

5 star did nothing to rectify the situation & appear to be avoiding all attempts to contact them. Financial fraud!!

AVOID!! Absolute scam artists who take peoples hard earned money. AVOID!!

Me and my family (family of 5) have just had a fantastic break in Alanya staying at one of the dream villas. The villa is fantastic, very spacious, very comfortable, clean and with a brilliant pool and hot tub, kids (and us) loved them. Any issues that may occur (we had a brief wifi issues) is quickly resolved bythe fantasyic Emrah who is there to support you anytime of the day. Emrah also met us when we arrived at the villa with a smile and a helping hand with our bags. We can highly recommend 5starvilla holidays, not only are both John Paul and Helena great to deal with, so are their staff who are great representaives of the company.

We are satisfied with the villa. Above all, we were warmly welcomed and received by Emrah günes, so that our arrival went well. Without him it would have been a bit difficult. He also helped us with all the other topics. Thank you very much.
