Our Story In 2005 my brother (Joe Donnelly) and I (John Paul Donnelly) decided to design and develop Dream Villas. A building project in Alanya, Turkey. The concept was to build 5 Star private villas to be enjoyed as holiday homes and work as an investment. The picture I had in my mind was family and friends spending quality time together in these luxury villas. I have a big family, 4 brothers and 3 sisters. Yes there are 8 kids in my family! Therefore spending quality time together means the world to me. Our dream became a reality and our first villa project was completed and sold in 2007. I realised our clients which purchased these beautiful villas were only getting the opportunity to go on holiday 2-4 weeks a year. It did not feel right, as the villas were empty for 48 weeks, when they could be enjoyed by other families holidaying together. Therefore 5 Star Villa Holidays was founded in March 2011. Our Philosophy What started out as a holiday rental business to help cover the running costs for the owners of the Dream Villas, became more purposeful, rewarding and meaningful. I thought long and hard about 5 Star Villa Holidays, the brand, the concept, the purpose. The Why… It’s not just about renting villas. It’s about preparing the perfect holiday villa for family and friends to spend quality time together. And what makes this global community so special is the wonderful friends and family in it. I love meeting the 5 Star Villa Holiday’ guests, listening to their stories and watching them creating life long memories together. The purpose of 5-Star Villa Holidays is exactly that. Terrible customer service
We haven't received any check-in information from 5 star villa holidays and we arrive in Bali in just a few hours. What's the address of the villa? How do we access it? I've called 4 times but am still waiting for this basic information.

OUR WONDERFUL STAYFAR EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS
Our stay in September at the Viano do Costello House 1003 far exceeded our expectations.
The 17th century water mill is set in magnificent gardens and terraces beside th river with a short walk to a natural pool and waterfalls.
The house is set on two levels with various patios to sit by the river, to at, drink, read or just absorb th wonderful scenery and solitude.
Within a 5 minute walk is a bar/restaurant together with a small supermarket.
A 10 minute drive finds you in Porte de Lima where there are numerous well priced restaurants .
This part of the north west coast of Portugal is unspoilt with rolling hills and lush green scenery with numerous old fortified towns marking the border with Spain.
Our hosts were charming and very helpful and friendly and the property spotless and comfortable.
i would recommend this property and 5 Star Villa Holidays to all.

Recently, I stayed at a magnificent villa with an incredible atmosphere and breathtaking views of Alanya. Every morning, waking up to the view of the sea, the fortress, and the city at your feet is unforgettable. By night, this view transforms into a magical scene of city lights.
The villa is impressive: everything is clean, modern, and thoughtfully arranged to ensure comfort. However, the most important aspect was the care and attention provided by Mr. Emrah. He was always there, ready to help with any questions we had, making our stay even more enjoyable. One time, he even met me late at night on his motorcycle to guide me to the villa, as the road can be tricky to navigate for the first time. Yes, the access to the villa is not the easiest, but it is definitely worth it!
Overall, I was very satisfied with our stay and definitely plan to return. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy the beauty of Alanya and the comfort of this unique villa!

5 star villas giving us a 5 star holiday!
From the moment I enquired about the Alanya villa, the service was incredible. Helena was available at anytime of the day and would promptly answer my questions. It was my birthday during the holiday and on arrival to the airport, not only was I greeted with a birthday welcome but we had a fabulous transfer car that really kicked off the holiday mood! The villa was beautiful and spacious which I had expected having stayed with the company before. Emrah (the house manager) and Hasan (the allocated taxi driver) were both amazing and despite language barriers, were able to answer all queries and even come and see us if we needed anything small! Our experience in the villa would not have been the same without them. We had everything we needed in the villa and they kindly even did a bit of shopping for our arrival, which is handy as the villa is quite high up in the mountains and shops are not super close by but still reachable by car. Do not be put off by how high up the villa is because it is only 15 minutes to town, so totally worth it for the amenities, the gorgeous villa and the AMAZING views! I cannot fault the service and I am already excited about my next booking with 5 star villas!

Totally unacceptable
Totally unacceptable. This villa was falsely advertised. It was in unsuitable condition to be rented, and we had to find last minute alternative accomodations at huge cost. As soon as I reported that there were problems with the villa, Five Star stopped responding to me. The final straw was when the property manager finally showed up and told us we had to pay "extra" for toilet paper. Do not, under any circumstances, rent this villa or anything else from Five Star

The villa was very nice but the furniture was very old, especially the bed on the upper floor was not comfortable. The pool was clean and well-maintained. The villa was very large, we had a comfortable holiday with two families and children. Mr. Emrah answered my calls very quickly and solved the problems quickly.

Do not book a villa here!
We booked a villa in Tepe Alanya Turkey last may. Everything in the house was dirty, broken or old. The organisation of 5 star villa holdiday didn’t do anything about it! “Thank you for your patience” they wrote me in June. Well….my patience is done!

Our stay was wonderful
Our stay was wonderful! The house is beautiful, with a great pool and perfect rooms. The host was very helpful. Although the host in Alanya didn't speak English, we communicated well using a translation app. It's worth noting that the location is high up in the mountains (almost at the top), and the road to get there is challenging. The actual location is higher than what is shown on Google Maps. If you're not used to such elevations or don't have a good car, the drive can be quite difficult (especially in the night). I hope the road conditions improve in the future, but overall, everything was fantastic!

A perfect stay in Alanya
The villa was lovely placed up in the hill with a wonderful view over Alanya. Emrah Günes was very helpful and we felt taken care of the whole way. Lovely pool and hot tub outside, and we really loved the barbecue area and the outdoor kitchen.
Aircondition was perfect, and we really needed it☺️
We had a car, and I will really recommend that.
