Lovely and clean villa. Top notch highly recommended

This was a fantastic property. Excellent apartment- clean, spacious and looks like the pics. 5/5 for the property.

The 3 star rating is due to a lack of communication regarding check in, etc. I had to call 2 times the night b4 to get any info on the check in procedure. Check in is late, after 4 and check out is early at 10 am. The apartment could use a few more amenities such as - only 1 roll of toilet paper was provided. Only 1 trash bag provided for an 8 day stay. The office is closed 2 days during the week so we had to go back the next day for check in. I don't mind doing these things if I know about them in advance. All in all a fantastic apartment!

Very helpful company, any issues sorted ASAP, very easy to deal with, just a bit hard to find, but in a hilly area, road to villa still under construction, so still a dirt road, but estate is new so it's understandable, overall great firm.

We stayed in July 2023, had wall to wall sunshine all week, temps in the 30s-40s. The villa was spacious and clean, with plenty of room for our 5 adults and three children, including 2 teenagers who love their own space. Be aware that there is a steep road down to the villa from the road, which needs to be walked down (can’t be driven). The views across Alanya are sensational, we loved taking them in from the balconies every night. There was loads to see and do around the city, but visiting the citadel on the headland and swimming in the local river were the highlights for us. What really made the holiday extra special for us, though, was how we were looked after by villa manager, Tugra and cleaner, Sema. They helped us to plan taxi rides, day out, best places to shop, and even cooked us a barbecue at the villa one night. Nothing was too much trouble. We’ll be back next year!

worst management co. ive ever dealt with! house was filthy, no wash cloths, light bulbs out all over house, tv didnt work in one room, pool table with no sticks that were not broken or had tips, mattresses were horrible, pillows were horrible. let 5 star know about issues on first day, sent pics. only got lip service! if they are 5 star i would hate to see 1-4 star!

Wow!!! What an amazing villa set in the mountains with the most spectacular view of alanya. It really is breathtaking. The villa is very spacious all bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms so all the family got their privacy yet the living/kitchen/diner was perfect for the family gatherings in the evening for meals and for socialising. The pool was simply stunning swimming whilst looking at the views was just so relaxing. I was a bit nervous taking a 2 year old in July with the heat but the villa has lots of shaded areas and all rooms air conditioned so our daughter wasn't bothered at all with the temperature. Tugra and sema who assisted us during our stay were very helpful and we were lucky to get recommendations of places to visit during our stay, making our week there so full of activities seeing places we may never of got to see otherwise. Alanya is beautiful and the villa was just stunning. We will definitely be coming back ❤

This is a fantastic villa. There were 8 of us in our family and we stayed for a week. There was plenty of room for all of us. The main living area is great for having meals together and playing games in the evening. The pool is so relaxing and keeps you cool in the heat. We didn't think we would use the hot tub in July temperatures but it was surprisingly nice, especially later in the evening. Tugra and Sema were a fantastic help, they arranged airport transfers, an extra paddling pool for the patio area and they cooked us a really amazing barbecue one night. They also put us in touch with a really reliable, reasonably priced taxi driver who became like a tour guide for us. It's too far to walk down to the harbour so you'll need him every day. We can't wait to go back

Fantastic villa. Caters for everything. Kids loved the pool and bbq. Just 10 min drive to beach and all the shops and restaurants. Gorgeous view of the castle. Will definitely recommend and will be back again.
