What an amazing holiday! We have just returned from Alanya with 5StarVillaHolidays. What an amazing place. The Villa itself was incredible, real luxury. Everything we needed was catered for at the Villa. Easily sleeping 8 people, the view was outstanding, the pool was beautiful, the rooms were well laid out and equipped. On arrival there was enough to keep us going until we visited the supermarket. The Villa is only 10 minutes out of town and rural which was ideal for us. We were given the number of Hassan our friendly taxi driver, who had good English and was able to take us anywhere. One night we opted for the Turkish BbQ cooked for us on site by Turga, it was such an experience and one we will remember for a long time. All in all it was great value, everything was clean, everything worked, we wanted for nothing and were comforted by the fact that someone was only a phone call away to support, whether it be with the Villa, trips, taxis, resteraunt bookings everything was just brilliant. Thank you to JP and Helena from 5starVillaHolidays for making our trip so relaxing. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of booking with 5star to not think twice

This was our third stay at this wonderful Villa in the beautiful Mountains of Alanya. It really is a perfect place to escape. We brought the whole family. My brother and his kids, and my other brother and his wife, and their little one. Plus my Dad. Everyone had a ball. We had fun in the pool and the kids (and adults) loved the watermark and other excursions organised by Tugra and his team, who are the perfect hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. Drinking free and fresh mountain mineral water every day was amazing. The Villa is so classy, comfortable and spacious. No doubt we will return again and again. Thank you 5 Star Villas

We stayed at a lovely stone house set in beautiful part of the Irish countryside. The house on arrival was clean and well appointed. It had everything a family would need to have a comfortable base of operations whilst exploring the immediate and further afield days excursions. The immediate surroundings were perfect, beautiful fields and great walks available. A trip to the local pub is a must. The house is close to several towns and small villages with a great link to Dublin via the very reasonable train, a great outlet center nearby for those liking to pick up a designer bargain and the picturesque curragh where a stroll with free roaming sheep is a delight. My family have come back home feeling rested and recharged all thanks to booking this amazing stay. I cannot recommend staying here enough. There is so much to do and see and the local people I interacted with couldn't do enough for you. If you want a stress-free holiday with lots of things to do then staying here is a no brainer. Go on book it.

Before you spend a lot of money with 5 star villa properties ask many questions and get EVERYTHING in writing, as from our shocking experience they just want your money and the follow up is non-existent and further more they show you a villa that you want then change the villa late in the day which is nothing like you requested.

We had booked a 9 bedroom villa for 12 family and friends and planned this holiday a year in advance, on the day before we were leaving we had still not had the key number to get into our villa and then was told our selected villa was no longer available and they put us in a 5 bedroom villa were some of my guests had no choice but to stay in other accommodation. This crap company do not care or take ownership of their clients they do not respond to emails and outsource their admin to stop getting abuse from very upset clients.

MY ADVICE IS DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY AS ITS A 1 STAR BUSINESS…..I WOUD HAVE GiVEN THEM A 0 RATING IF I COULD.

Do not book your villa in Florida with this company! I booked over 1 year ago for 12 ppl in a 9 bed villa (still have original booking) they have given us 5 bed Villa last minute and admitted it! For 12 of us! Not enough beds and rooms and had to stay somewhere else! Was told after sleeping here one night that our original Villa not available! And this was best option! 5 bedroom Villa for 12 ppl! Not what I booked and not acceptable! We will be seeking a full refund.
Also not given electronic code for Villa until 12hrs before arrival, phone call after phone call promising one month before! Nobody gets back to you and nobody around to help, only receptionist on the phone to take all the complaints! Such a bad company! Half of us had to stay elsewhere as no room and the pool is the size of a matchbox! Ruined our vacation as we couldn’t be all together! Villa dirty, not cleaned properly! Really disappointed as they told us we cannot move you! I’m not even in my original destination!
Never ever again!!!! Our holiday ruined after so much effort and cost to get here. Complained in Orlando and still nothing done about it!

Villa is shabby, holes in walls, dining chairs broken, pool wasn’t cleaned, remote control backs were all missing, handle to outside door is coming off, the list is endless.

Terrible experience for our family who only half of us stayed in this villa. I had already spoken to one of the managers and said we had not enough rooms before I even got to the villa! Their solution was to put extra beds in the rooms with other adults!!! So basically wanted 4 adults to sleep in the same room as a solution to not having enough space! Disgraceful.

We have sent 5 star villas emails, called them several times a day since Sunday morning (it’s now a week later we are still at the villa). They have not dealt with any of the issues, they are telling us they will call at particular times. We wait. They don’t call. I’d love to show pictures here as evidence as it’s so bad. We are so unhappy and feel like we’ve been completely mis-sold this property, which is ruining the two weeks we have looked forward to spending together:
Amongst the issues are:
Many advertised photos out of date.
No playground as advertised, one of the reasons we choose the property as we have 3 small children.
Old broken and damaged furniture outside and interior.
Missing light bulbs and broken light
Not clean outside.
No “premium towels” as advertised. Only one thin medium and small hand towel per person for two weeks!
Website and the welcome book in home says should be pool/beach towels but there are none. We’ve had to buy.
Furniture not as in pictured or missing completely.
Only 3 wine glasses left.
No toaster
No ironing board
dishwasher broken
Toilet gets hot water instead of cold and smells.
Shower falls off the wall and damaged, and completely floods the whole bathroom every time you use it.

The local Spanish company has tried to help. They have provided new wine glasses, toaster and 4 new chairs (even though 8 outside). They have also brought some soap, a toaster and an ironing board which was missing and some cushions for outside furniture also missing.

My husband spoke to someone at 5 star on Sunday (we arrived late Saturday evening) who was very apologetic and also agreed that moving us or compensating us was next steps if we were not happy. Nothing has happened since! We have been completely lied to. They use marriott homes and villas to advertise their homes, which then lure you into a false sense of security… The images and descriptions shown on their adverts are completely false.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!

The booking for the luxury Marriott Homes and Villas has been straightforward and the customer service team have been really informative and helpful. Manu has been particularly outstanding.

Do not book with this company!
The pictures do not reflect what the villa looks like, they are dirty and very run down.

You could get a better quality villa for cheaper with another company.

We complained and they offered us a £200 refund on a nearly £5000 villa which I am still is the process of disputing. I started the complaint on the day we arrived over 5 weeks ago.

Communication with them is terrible so unprofessional they take days/weeks to respond and do not take responsibility when what they advertise does not match.

Even guy who came to fix things said they have had lots of complaints about this and other villas by this company in the past however they will not pay to get things fixed or replaced.

General issues across the house:
-General house shows signs of wear and tear, scuffs on doors, tables, walls.
-General house is not cleaned to a good standard
-Windows are dirty literally cannot see out of them
-House furnishings doesn’t not reflect what the pictures show on the five star villa website.
-No brush or mop to be able to clean up, again has to ask for this and wait for them to be delivered to the house
-The internet is terrible we did a speed test pictures attached and we got less than 5megabytes which is not sufficient for a house of this size

Living room issues:
-2 blind missing/broken in the living room. Guy came to fix but left the 2 broken blinds
-2 chairs missing in the living room compared to pictures
-Stains/dirt on the floor near the fireplace
-Pool table had stains on it
-On the day we arrived there was lots of ants on the floor near the window by the pool table, dead roach near the pool table clearly the floor had not been cleaned

Kitchen issues:
-2 wine glasses in a villa that sleeps 14
-Kitchen tap was loose/broken, someone came to fix this which meant we had to be disturbed whilst they came to fix this
-Kitchen was dirty, floor was not cleaned and the sink was dirty.
-Dishwasher doesn’t work properly the table does not come out so has to put the tablet straight in which meant things didn’t clean very well
-Dishwasher button panel was broken, someone came to fix said he would come back to glue is back on but he never did
-one side of the toaster doesn’t work

Bedroom issues:
-No coat hangers when we arrived, they delivered 60 later on after a number of phone calls back and fourth, however considering this villa sleeps 14 an average of 4 per guest is not very many so we have had to buy some more
-Drawers in one of the upstairs bedrooms are broken draws scrap when opening and closing
-Bedding and bedding decor does not match the pictures on the website
-Make up on the walls and around the sink in the king bedroom upstairs, again clearly the house had not been cleaned
-Hot tap the upstairs king bathroom was broken and would leak when turned on
-Showers/bathtubs are dirty
-Blinds are full of dust
-Most blinds don’t open or close properly
-1 blind missing/broken in the master downstairs bedroom, someone came to fix it but didn’t fix it with the correct blind so still let light and wasn’t very private when shut which wasn’t great as it overlooked the pool.
-Blind broken in the upstairs king bedroom, someone came to fix it but said they needed to order a new blind which the owners probably wouldn’t agree to. Again no privacy as the bedroom looked into the shared balcony and light would come into the bedroom in the morning.

We decided to book an extra nights stay after our return flights changed

Really nice Villa, very clean and comfortable, Elena looked after us really well and when we got in touch with her she replied within minutes. Villa was close to local bus stop 101 and 102 from Paralimni to Ayia Napa ran very frequently until late, took us to the main strip, Konnos Bay to see the turtles and close to Fig Tree Bay. Villa also a short walk from local shops, bars and restaurants. Would benefit from a booklet describing facilities and how to get to them. Excellent holiday

Very helpfull staff in everyway. I had an issue with my booking and they were totally careful and understanding. I will surely use there service in the future and stay in that beautiful villa.

I’d give zero rating if I could!
I have spent 4 months trying to get answers from 5 star villa holidays to issues below. As of yet nobody has given me answers hence my review now to warn anyone thinking of booking to be very aware. You will notice from previous reviews they only reply to the good ones! In our opinion it was far from a 5 star service and accommodation.

On arriving very late on the 15th October in Orlando and firstly realising it wasn’t the villa we had chosen and paid for. In fact the villa we were put in was on a completely different complex! Also, we had requested a cot. The cot was not there which made for a very uncomfortable first nights sleep for all of us with nowhere for the baby to sleep! Our first job the next day was to find and buy a travel cot!

There was no kettle! Which we also needed to make the baby’s bottles. The toaster didn’t work. We had no kettle or toaster for the first 3 days! Until eventually maintenance bought one over to us.

There wasn’t even a bar of soap in the whole villa. No tea towels, no change of bedding. In fact not even a quilt cover on the 2 main beds. The quilts were stained with someone else’s sweat stains!

In fact it didn’t seem like anyone had stayed at this villa for quite some time! As the whole villa was filthy I have pictures showing how disgusting the villa was.

The villa clearly hadn’t  been cleaned for a while, seems like no one had stayed there for a while! 

We were also told that we had access to the pool area. The reality turned out to be that when we wanted to use the pool we had to pay $107 each time!! Again your advert didn’t mention that!

All in all we were not happy with our booking with 5 star villa holidays (far from 5 star that’s for sure)
We feel we we’re downgraded to a much smaller, filthy villa with very little facilities!

The experience with 5 Star Villa was great! They were responsive to our needs and questions. They always followed through with a request. And the property we stayed at was perfect. Overall, great experience

5 Star Villa provided prompt communication back when reserving this home found on the Marriott homes site. Great pictures and information on the site - to help with deciding on this home.

While the house was big enough for our family, we found it dirty, not enough towels and problems with the trash service. We didn’t have instructions for check in ( Wi Service, map to big pool). The TV in the upstairs didn’t work, the ice maker didn’t work.

Had a hard time finding the villa very secrete location full of beautiful scenery’s the hosts turga and safa have provided everything for us excellent service provided will be definitely returning to this lovely villa

We booked via FeWo App and subsequently had a good dialogue with Manu, Isa and John. The procedure for the description on site came quite sluggishly in motion, as a suggestion for improvement we would recommend a timetable in the form of an email after confirmation of the request. Included with common details regarding Payments and e.g. our questions because of the address for the purpose of transport, or that requests for a later checkout can only answered on site, hints on grocery stores in the area or a contact for the pre-clarification with the property manager. But summarized all in all we are glad that everything worked out well until arrival. Thank you also for your patience, my mistake was to register an apple created email address at FeWo, that made it difficult for communication between us a little bit. :-)
We can absolutely recommend the agency 5 Star Villa Holiday and will gladly book again at the next opportunity.
