I have had a great experience working with 5 Star Villa Holidays. John and his staff have been very helpful in assisting me during the planning stages of our upcoming family trip. We are looking forward to staying in their lovely home located in the Solterra Resort community for our Christmas holiday. We found 5 Star Villa rates to be the best all around. We will definitely be using them again for our next family vacation.

John and team have been incredible, there customer service is excellent, communications are always prompt and really clear, this has been invaluable during the last year

We rented this house for our extended family of 10 people, various ages! We loved the pool (had it heated) and hot tub! The house was well stocked with towels and the house was clean and bright! Beds were so comfortable! The house was also the perfect size for our family - plenty of room for everyone. We also loved the location! Close to all theme parks and restaurants! Spent time at the community (Windsor Hills) water park and pool - we really enjoyed it! The grill staff was so friendly and food was good! The management company was so responsive and helpful anytime day or night! It was also a breeze working with 5 star villa holidays!!!! We had our original booking for april but then everything closed due to the pandemic. 5 star villa holidays worked with us and offered us another house (as our original house was booked for thanksgiving week) and the new house was perfect and we would definitely stay again! Definitely use 5 star villa holidays to book! thank you!

BooKed with five star villa holidays to go to Ayia Napa in Cyprus in 2019, had the best time of our lives. Was absolutely mental.

Five star villa holidays were brilliant as well, absolutely no stress, everything sorted and organised and communication was brilliant. Would recommend them 100%.

We booked this villa last October for a family holiday based on the website and location, so along came Covid-19 and we delayed the completion, then came the air bridge, but then came the ban again, which meant cancelling the booking.
5Star Villas could not be more accommodating and allowed us to rebook for 2021. Throughout the booking process they were very quick to reply and provide all information requested. If the villa is a good as their service we are due a great holiday.

My family and I just returned from a 10 night stay in Disney and everything was perfect!!! I was a little apprehensive with handling everything online but Joe Donnelly was a great person to work with! I problem sent him over 100 emails with questions pertaining to our trip and not once did he make me feel like I was bothering him. The house we were originally supposed to stay in was a new construction and could not provide us pictures in a timely manner so Joe helped find us a wonderful house in its place. We couldn't have been more pleased. Thanks again Joe. I will highly recommend you to all and I look forward to working with you again in the future!

A fantastic holiday destination. Villa was beautiful and spacious and very private. Excellent service and a great guide in Tugra... he was invaluable and had a great knowledge of the locality. We were introduced to beautiful restaurants and had a wonderful breakfast on Tepe. Hopefully we will be back 😊

Every things was excellent especially mr tugra helped me to much he was best man I met in alanya his respect was very good and he did taxi jobs safe and cheap and some times he did shopping for me and brought it to villa for free I would like to say thanks tugra for everything's and see you next year hopefully and services in villa was perfect for example if any things was wrong the service man did it perfectly and as soon as possible

we Stayed the last week in dream villa 5 Alanya. The house is very beautiful, the view are outstanding. The outdoor space bye the pool is so great.
The last star is missing because the house was a little dirty when we arrived and we had to pay for a cleaning lady :-(
And also the steep hillside to the house.

All in all a very nice vacation in Alanya :-) we will come back another time 😀

The villa we booked and paid for for 21 nights was advertised on Expedia. The images portrayed a 5 bedroom villa with a large pool and outdoor area in Encore by Reunion Florida. The site clearly stated the images for the specific villa selected.
Full payment was taken in advance and we were excited to receive our confirmation online. However when the confirmation of check in arrived the villa was not as described or depicted in the images. After 7 hours of calls with Expedia and multiple emails to the Sales Director at 6star holidays we were told “it’s not possible to refund your booking as we have paid the home owner” through no fault of our own we are stuck with a villa next to a main road with a pool in the shade nothing like the one that we booked and paid for online! The sales director did not return any of my phone calls and refused to attempt to locate the villa we actually booked as it would mean looking at over 300 of his villas in the area (despite us providing a street name from the image) we are devastated!

Be warned this site is not what it seems and the customer service post booking is beyond belief. It’s not ok to simply say we have paid and nothing can be done. Dreadful simply dreadful

I just wanted to leave a review about my recent stay in Alanya in one of the Dream Villas. This is my third stay with your company and as I have been with all my holidays I was thoroughly impressed with the villa, the pool and the hosts Keith and Jane. From day one Keith and Jane made us feel very welcome and always made sure we had everything we needed. They were more than happy to arrange taxis or book restaurants for us. They even helped us to pick the best beaches to visit. The villa was amazing. It was clean and everything was in perfect working order. I will be returning and can’t wait to have the same experience. The hospitality provided by Keith and Jane was flawless.

We vad a great time. Willa was lovely and clean. Our host was very friendly and helpful. I would very much like to recommend the house to any one coming to Alanya.

Have just returned from 2wks of hell in Panorama Villa 5, Alanya, Turkey.
Had been booked since April 2017 so plenty of time to prepare the villa.
Upon arrival the villa was in a shockingly dirty mess. The smell that eminated from the basement can only be described as “like a rotting dead body” (partner ex military and they are his words). Toilets broken and didn’t flush, dirt and grime everywhere. No lighting on internal stairs nor in two of the bathrooms. A cooker that was filthy and when reported was told to clean myself. A fridge/freezer that was broken and also filthy. A pool that we couldn’t use as the edges were covered in black mold and it hadn’t been cleaned or tested for our arrival. We were told it was on the flat yet there are at least 20 steps leading to the villa that are not lit and are pitch black at night, which is in itself a health & safety issue.
Contacted both in resort rep and Joe Donnelly at 5* but none of the issues were ever resolved.
This has now gone to The European Commission and Turkish Tourism.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Once they have your money they don’t give two hoots

We are now in both verbal and electronic communication with John Paul Donnelley CEO of 5 Star Villa Holidays who is awaiting PayPal claim decision.
Will update when or if a conclusion is reached.

Yes we as a party of 5 had a fab holiday and that has nothing to do with our unfortunate accommodation. You failed in your duty of care to your customers and only offered maintainable after 12 days of us being in residence. Yes a PayPal dispute has been actioned as is our right. You offered a meal but it was not accepted.

Actual quote on Fran Clark’s Facebook reads:
“Catching the last couple of hours of sunshine before leaving for the airport. I shall be very sad to leave this country that I love and leave my boy behind but I know he’s in safe hands. It’s been a fantastic holiday. Lots and lots of laughs over the last two weeks. Roll on the next one.”

So please if your going to quote someone John Paul Donnelly get it right and don’t rely on others who are alleged friends on my partners Facebook account..

First and foremost this Villa offers THE most comfortable beds aside from my own and being on vacation that's very important to be able to get a good nights sleep after running around at all that Orlando has to offer. I even had to look up who made the sheets they were so luxuriously soft. As a bath designer I take note to all the attention to detail this home had to offer... all soft self closing drawers in the vanities and kitchen, gorgeous tile design throughout, artwork and the media/game room are all top notch. We had someone in our party on a heart transplant list and having 3 bedrooms on the first floor was a major plus. The safety alarm for the pool was extra piece of mind with our 2 toddlers. The teens could all be found in the game room playing the air hockey or the stand up arcade game and it was air-conditioned so they could shut the door and not disturb anyone when they got a little too loud.
We did not heat the pool as it was June and the temp was perfect. The hot tub wasn't heated either but no one seemed to mind. We cooked quite a bit in the kitchen and on the grill we rented and had everything we needed.
The initial issues we had were resolved immediately almost within the hour. The previous guests had left rotting food in the theater room recliner chair consoles, one bed had soiled linens and the air hockey table needed a new switch.
The ONLY negative issue I had was when I originally booked this reservation and put down the deposit and had inquired about added a grill and was told that the villa was double booked by the owner and I was offered 3 other homes in Windsor Hills to rent. I declined as none were comparable to this stunning home that would fit all 10 of us with the same special needs we required. I requested my deposit back and to cancel my reservation.
"I just spoke with the owner again and he confirmed the villa is in fact
still available he was not clear on the issues. He has said the rates
offered were to low and that the actual rate is $110 extra for those dates.
I can cancel straight away and refund or you can have the same villa as you
booked but the rate is $110 extra."
I'm not certain why there was an issue with the price quoted originally on Home Away but as our last reservation had fallen through last minute due to a different homeowner selling their home we needed a place to stay and paid the extra fee. With that being the only issue I would highly recommend this Villa and I would pay the extra fee again in a heartbeat. It is simply beautiful and comfortable and extremely well maintained. The management that runs this home is wonderful and I would most definitely return here again. Next time I would rent for longer so we could fully take advantage of the community pool and all the amenities this place has to offer... and a little more down time in our own private pool. Again, I highly recommend this for your home away from home.

We loved staying at the house. Will stay again and highly recommend to anyone! More than enough room and so close to everything. We were there for cheer and it was a 13min drive to ESPN at the busiest times

It was so easy to choose and paid for the condo in Orlando.
Looking forward to being there in December.

We've used 5 star several times and they have been great. The test of any agency is when something goes wrong. This happen to us, nothing to do with 5 star, but we explained our problem and they sorted it out for us and we had a great holiday. A company you can trust is something when found never leave. The properties we have stayed at have all been 100% and we have always been very happy
