Excellent service by the team at 99 bikes Capalaba. I had been putting off getting my flat tyre fixed as I thought it would be expensive and would have to book it in to be done. However I popped down this morning and spoke to a young man (didn't catch his name) and he said I could bring it down today and it would take 10 minutes to fix. So I did and I signed up to the membership so the job in total only came to $24. Everyone who was working while I was there were lovely too. Thankyou for a very positive experience.

From moment I walked in the door staff all friendly and then I spoke to Bart he was so helpful and within 15 minutes the problem I had with my bike was fixed at a great price too thanks Bart for fixing my bike and for being very professional as friendly I will definitely shop here again

I took my bike in to fix a creak...
I took my bike in to fix a creak in the cranks. The mechanic kept at it until they got to trouble shoot all the possibilities. I could not fault the commitment to resolve the issue.
They shared my concern and confusion until they tried everything.
I stayed for some time and saw how the technicians all supported, helped and assisted one another: asking for advice and cross checking each other’s work as a way to troubleshoot until resolved.
They tried all they could except ordering the $300-400 part.
That’s the only other thing it could have been, they said...
It was my wife’s bike.
When I go it home & she rode it, she was really happy with how it had been adjusted.

Fantastic customer service
Very positive transaction.
Team member Trent greeted us with a smile outside the shop, held the door open for us and served us straight away. I told him what I was after and he knew his stock and layout that well that he took us straight to the bike I ended up purchasing. Informative with current promotions and future assistance. Then he loaded the bike into my car without hesitation. Thoroughly recommend this store. Not the first time I've purchased a bike from here, certainly won't be the last.
