EScooter repair

My eScooter from 99 bikes was just out of warranty from the manufacturer. Although I had to pay for the parts from the manufacturer, 99 bikes fixed it for free rather than sending back to manufacturer saving me around $200. Thanks everyone at 99 bikes you were all very helpful and I will be buying from you again.

I find the staff at 99 Bikes…

I find the staff at 99 Bikes Indooroopilly (and the other Brisbane stores I have visited) are always really helpful. Don't be put off by this being a chain, if you haven't been to one of the stores I recommend you give them a try.

Prompt competent work.

I brought my bike in on Saturday afternoon with a broken internal deraileur cable. They replaced both deraileur cables and the chain overnight. The bike was ready when the shop opened Sunday morning.

A little disappointed at being charged…

A little disappointed at being charged $25 Labour to change a cassette on my Wahoo Kickr (5 min job) while booking in a bike service and buying yet another $80 worth of accessories. Im a loyal 99 Bikes supporter but the add on charged are excessive.

Stock levels wrong, communication bad.

Ordered parts for in store pickup. Website said they were available and in stock at the store. It's now a month later and I have had no communication regarding my parts.

Very good- highly recommend

I purchased a Merida youth bike and had a great experience. I used click and collect. The communication from the store was great; and the bike arrived ahead of schedule. The assembly was very well done. Thanks!

Poor customer service

Don't bother with their click and collect service, the staff are too disorganised.

They called me after the order and said it would be 1-2 days. Rang a week later and they said they'd look 'out back' and call me back but didn't. Rang the store again and nobody answered. Rang the online order inquiry number and it went to voicemail. Sent an email and got an auto reply saying someone will respond within 72 hours.
