Prompt click and collect service. Staff at Indooroopilly Store are very friendly and helpful.
Click and collect was so easy and so fast.
So, I rate the customer service good for my first interaction but disgusted for my second.
I came to store on the Sunday to purchase a helmet to which I advised the gentlemen that is was for my daughters birthday on the 14th of April. After getting home with the helmet only travelling in my back seat, returned to attempt a refund as I had found out my daughter has already got one from another family member.
The gentleman whom claimed he was the manager was rude, abrupt and not understanding at all.
The gentleman also blamed me for being “my fault” that I couldn’t read the tiny font showing on the paper which states no refund due to not having my glasses.
I stood in store, whilst I contacted online enquires to which I was advised it is a store discretion to complete this refund.
(So technically the gentleman COULD have completed the refund transaction).
I am personally in sales and of this gentleman was to be the face store manager of my store I was be very swiftly making fast changes.
Disgusting customer service, just as well the online store have offered for me to send my product to them and they should be able to complete the basic transaction requested.
