Cassie went above and beyond
My son who was upgrading from 16inch bike to bigger size and was having a hard time realizing he needed a psychically bigger bike plus my wife throwing her 2 cents in. Cassie paraded multiple bikes for us and managed to be patient and make small adjustments to help him sit on a bike comfortably and ride comfortably to. Plus the manager tried to give us some ideas as well. In the end got a 20inch bike with good parts and good fit for him.

5 STARS! Best ever customer service in Ipswich!
I am a first time customer at 99 Bikes. Timothy in the Ipswich store helped me from start to finish with incredible customer service! He explained the key differences between the bikes I was looking at, he helped me understand gear changes and how to correctly operate my bike. Tim was an honest and genuine sales person, not at all pushy or like a sales "shark". He helped me get the best gear for my budget, all with a smile on his face. I will definitely come back to 99 bikes again and I couldn't recommend this business enough, especially to first time adult riders!

I ordered aftershok earphones
I ordered aftershok earphones - express post. The parcel was lost and Aus Post were terrible to deal with.
99 bikes help team attempted to work with Aus post, but when that didn’t work, they organised a replacement pair for me to pick up from my closest store and refunded the express postage fee.
Absolutely amazing service from Matt, Lara and Tim - all who played their part in getting me a replacement pair without Aus post finalising their stuff.
Thank you very much!! The understanding, empathy and help was great. Outstanding customer service!

SO HAPPY!!
Thank you Anthony for helping me with all my questions! Your knowledge and assistance in helping me buy my first E Bike today was fantastic! I took my Cube Reaction Pro 400 for a ride this afternoon and I LOVE it!!!!! A couple of nasty little hills were a breeze but I still got a good workout. I'm looking forward to getting on the BVRT in the coming weeks!
