Purchased some recycled underlay via the website as they were very competitive on price compared to other online retailers. Ordered on the Wednesday, despatched next day and receive early on Friday, speedy service and great product, highly recommend!

Customer service team went above and beyond to help with my order. So happy with my carpet and underlay that's just been fitted. Will definitely be purchasing again!

The customer service was outstanding.I am usually a picky person and when i messaged them about these enquiries they happily responded with in depth detail.

Mixed review here for me, the quality of the carpets is absolutely fantastic, the prices are really good delivery is fast and your kept up to date all the way for this I would highly recommend this company and I would use them again going by all what I've said the disappointment I've had is I'm owed £19.99 refund and have been since 10 th April I've contacted over 10 times ect robe told it had been refunded to me proving it had not, the gentleman I've spoke to us very polite but still to date no refund

Not received samples ordered them after Christmas

I ordered 6 samples, only 4 arrived and these weren't the ones I had ordered.I quickly contacted customer services who said they would look into what had happened and I have not received an answer or the correct samples, there loss as I am looking to carpet the whole house.even 1 star is to many.

Great product great price and delivered quick

Ordered Underlay and Grippers on Sunday and were delivered at 6.28 p.m. on Thursday evening (spot on their advised ETA). Was “kept in the loop” throughout the process of the Order. Their driver, James, was both courteous and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Good product + excellent customer service. Prompt and on time delivery, the driver being very curteous.

Ordered the ash laminate v- groove. Inexpensive solution for flooring over concrete. Dave their driver delivered early in the day and we laid 25m2 the same day. It did take some serious whacking to engage the planks! Hopefully it will wear well in a light traffic area.

What a company, brilliant from start to finish, from ordering my flooring from Chris to the chap that delivered, were all so helpful, nothing was a bother to them, thanks guys, will be ordering from them again 💯

Delivery was good unfortunately got two different batches but Chris was very helpful and rectified this issue straight away and sent out new ones same day.

promised replacement never materialised, first purchase i had with these people went perfectly. second purchase, well now theres a thing, they sent me a carpet with a default, i took pictures, called them and they said they would send, that was a wednesday, i phoned them on the monday to ask where it was, they said i would have it on wednesday , said the driver had it on board, i called thursday no answer, friday no answer, saturday the same, in total i have called these people 56 times, so its not like i didnt give them a chance to rectify it, in fairness the first purchase was great, couldnt fault it, what angers me is they didnt even have the decency to tll me i wouldnt get a replacement, whats happened to customer service and honesty nowadays

A driver for this company beeped and made harassing hand gestures at my underage daughter. Disgusting. I wouldn’t even want to consider what he would do when showing up at a house with women and girls…
