Exceptional service. Kept us well informed gave us feedback after every viewing. Organised all the legal checks on our behalf so we could market the property legally.

Flat sale went through very smoothly and Aaron J Barclay handled all interactions with the buyer and us very efficiently. They let me know whenever there was viewing as the property was empty. They also sold at a time of year when property sales are slow.

I ordered a gas and energy performance from this company but they haven't delivered it due to so many excuses. I paoid months ago.

Instructed several agents one of which was Aaron J Barclay. They let my property the quickest and charged me the least. They also charge tenants a resonable fee. Fast to answer calls and keep me in the loop.

I received my gas PAT reports super fast after paying. Engineers were super polite and efficient and at less than £100 it is a bargain.

Booked a gas and electrical certificate for a domestic property in london. Easy to book and pay. Engineers picked keys from agents which was super hassle free. All dealt with in house. The cost was just taken out of my rent. Simple and easy. Quality work too.

Awesome service. Efficient and helpful engineer. Fixed fault in my rental property that had been there for 2 years. Tenants very happy. Cheap and cheerful but still professional. Smart engineers who go the extra mile.

Good and easy to use booking system and easy to track job progress. The only concern is the 4 hour time slot but I was able to call the engineer and ask when he would arrive. I would use Aaron J Barclay again for my landlord properties.
