Nothing was too much trouble for them. From initial advice and valuation to setting up my account through to viewings and signing of contracts. It was reassuring to have things run so smoothly.

Cheaper than other agents but they offer much more.

Good local knowledge from the agent who valued my property. I got a little more than the other agents had promised but i think this was due to the great marketing, featuring my property and having very good and accurate photographs. Well impressed with this company and I am going to use them again.

No all estate agents keep their promises so that is what has compelled me to leave this review. I was told that my property would be inspected every 2 months if tenants allowed this. I receive reports and photos every 2 months in my online portal. The flat is impeccably maintained and the tenants are lovely.. My rent gets paid on the dot every month. What more could I ask for?

I was told that my property was going to be easy to let. I agreed, its next to the underground and newly done up. It was marketing for just 1 day and they bought around 7 prospective tenants - 3 of which they had on their books anyway. This was pretty good by my standards. I would use again definitely.

Thank you for finding me tenants in less than 3 days, very quick and good service. The referencing was rushed through (same day) at my request and the tenant movedin the Sunday following. Aaron J Barclay also secured me rent while my flat was empty until the tenants moved from the old property.
