Despite some of the scepticism surrounding the usefulness of Level 2 homebuyer’s surveys, I found mine to be incredibly useful and informative. It highlighted issues that weren’t visible during viewings, and I felt paying the extra for photos was money well spent which assisted me to gain a deeper understanding. Yes, it’s an upfront cost, but compared to the financial and emotional strain of unexpected problems post-purchase, it’s a small price to pay. For me, the survey wasn’t just a checklist—it was a safeguard, and a planning tool that assisted me to make an informed decision. Joe’s attention to detail was amazing, the quality of the report, and the discussions before, during and after were the icing on the cake.

I couldn’t recommend Allen Aldus surveying highly enough. From start to finish, they were incredibly thorough and knowledgeable, clearly an expert in their field. What really stood out was how well everything was explained.
