It works well and basically acted as I was told it would however we have had to widen some geofences as sometimes it pings out and gives a false reading. The team are really helpful and professional and I'm sure the product will improve in the future.

Clear and simple - no surprises!
The whole process was very simple - a great user friendly desktop app, and mobile app - still in the early days - but monitoring a fleet of 30 vehicles is nice and simple.

Customer service is excellent. From my original contact to after care, nothing has been too much trouble. We chose this company as the trackers were quick and easy to install and the monitoring service is live and up to date using google. I have made a couple of requests and the tech team have tailor-made our package to suit. We trialled the company with a handful of vehicles and were so impressed we have added them to our whole fleet and cancelled our previous tracking company contract.

James Was super helpful and talked me through all the ABAX options , I do get the impression they care a lot about their customers and want to make sure they are using the system to the best of its ability for their business.

We have been with ABAX for 6 years and have 20 vehicles tracked. As you can fit their trackers yourself, there is a huge saving on installation and swop over. We are more than happy with Abax, they are very efficient and easy to deal with.
