Great company to deal with, I've 4 trackers on plant machinery, found the system easy to install and user friendly. used the geo fence feature a few times very handy to know when a machine leaves site and where it is at all times.
we install the trackers for peace of mind for theft but found the system useful in other ways, getting a accurate address for collecting a machine without bothering the customer is a brilliant feature
not the cheapest tracking system but we'll worth the extra for the service

Poor stuff and thefts they increase price every month without saying anything and after 1 year i want to cancel the contract and because i dont give notice with 3 months before they extend for 1 more year and force me to pay ....

The online portal is easy to use to track our vehicles, and the location is very accurate. Our account manager, Vicki, is always so helpful; I'm never made to feel like I have a "silly question". The ordering process is easy and guidance is provided every step of the way. 100% recommend

All good until you no longer need their services, then they appear to have no idea what they are doing. The accounts team are both unhelpful and rude.
Amazed how they can confirm everything is closed down, finally after months of trying, and the account is closed with nothing to pay, but then spring another charge 3 months later for non-returned kit that they had never previously requested or made us aware needed returning.

Great company, Been using ABAX for a while and they are very helpful and a great product.

Earlier in this week my car was stolen, however, we had installed a ABAX tracker on the vehicle upon purchasing it.

As soon as I contacted the team, they were able to track the vehicle and provided us with it’s exact location.

Jack Fowler was especially helpful, as he went out of his way to give me live updates.
I was able to locate the car and bring it back.

Despite this being an extremely scary and stressful situation, I am soo grateful for the team at ABAX for their support.

I would definitely recommend using this service if you own a vehicle.

Abax have been brilliant for Tame Cleaning over many years and help us keep a track of all our fleet of vans.
Vicky our account manager is always very helpful and the information she gives us is always of the highest order.

We ordered 8 trackers with ABAX for our vehicle fleet and we have been extremely happy with the service we have received. Colin has been a great help in advising and helping us with any issues and training on the system. The software is extremely user friendly and has a lot of great features. We also had ABAX fit the trackers for an additional sum and they were very cooperative and efficient. Highly recommend using ABAX.

Purchased a tracker with these guys. Always on the end of the phone for help. Very affordable and means my plant machinery has another layer of security. Highly recommend this firm.

Used many trackers these are by far the best. Customer service is great to deal with and they have a genuine interest in protecting your equipment/vehicles.

Recently signed up for tracking with ABAX, whole process has been seemless. Luke and Jack have both been very helpful throughout. Couldn’t speak highly enough of them. So far so good!

From the day I heard about this company I contacted them as I was very keen to get the unite fitted. I was able to go and see someone on the day and we sat down and everything was explained to me and was given a demonstration on how it worked. I found the service to be exemplary.

Bought on good faith to keep my fleet of machines safe! Trouble is now they won’t work under metal!!!!!! What is the point in them as they won’t work if hidden. The answer I got was

“Well your tied in for 36 months and there is nothing we can do unless you pay for them for 36 months”

Appalling service and quite frankly I am very disappointed in the product and the attitude of the staff

A good product but for the monthly fee compared to other trackers, it is just as accurate but lacks many options from the app. It requires a laptop or tablet to log in from a web browser.
For half the monthly fee, I prefer my other trackers and app as I can go back over a year and is also say my other tracker is better at the location address’s.

Very good customer service and ABAX device is showing correct location of my vehicles I'm very happy with service all over.
