Very unreliable trackers that don't work as billed. After sales not too bad but if you want reliability and want the tracker to work all the time, use an alternative. There have to be better units on the market for the money. Very disappointing

I would not recommend ABAX to any one as their interest is only to get new clone on board asap and starting charging for very poor service.
Have singed a contact with them and received the pack after 4 days. Before receiving the goods receive the invoice and direct debit to sign and did put me off as not giving me the chance to try the item. 10 days after receiving the item and not even unpack it decided it to cancel and call them. They did accepted first then few days later called and told us that we past 15 days of the contract and not willing to take that back and I have to have that for 3 year lol.
14 day’s COOLING PERIOD is from the time I signed online not the time receiving the item (JOCK)
Day time Robbery.

I have never had a bad encounter with neither Colin (our account manager) nor with any of the customer support people.
Whenever I have an issue, they will solve it on the spot most of the times and they will tailor their products to your individual needs.

The staff don't know what they are selling, the limitations or capabilities of the devices. The devices don't live up to the hype, I wouldn't recommend them to anybody, they seem cheaper than better alternatives but quickly cause far more hassle than they are worth. And then when you do eventually exhaust their promises of different devices actually doing what the first one was ment to do, leaving comes with a very large price tag. Just con artists trying to defraud you out of your money.

Made a call and asked for ring back, good to their word they returned my call within a few minutes. Answered my query immediately, was bright & breezy and then tweaked our account to combine our invoices into just one a month. Followed up with email explaining in full.
