From start to finish we've had a excellent experience with Abbey Windows.

We went to Abbey as our neighbours had a good experience using them.

We benchmarked their quote against 3 other companies and they were competitive.

Neil the salesperson was knowledge and gave great advice on reducing road noise.

Pam the Customer Services Advisor was friendly & helpful.

Rob & Jack the installers were personable and professional. The job was completed to a very high standard, tidy and all cleared up after themselves.

We've gone from freezing wooden single glazed to toasty double glazed.

Would highly recommend Abbey Windows for their great customer service.

Jack & Rob gave thoughtful consideration to the installation of two new stable doors. This focus on a clean and tidy install was so important to me given the age of the property.

They were quick, without it being a rush job, tidy and very friendly.

The Abbey Windows team were great at helping us find a solution to our old conservatory roof. Communication was really good in the lead up to the installation, and they were able to be flexible with the schedule which really helped out. Really happy with the finished product.

We absolutely love our Abbey Windows replacement Conservatory. Ashley came to our home and within a few hours we had various options to choose from. Fitters Shane and Luke have done an excellent job in the removal of the original frame and roof and erecting the new. They were extremely conscientious in their whole approach and protected the floor whilst working. It was a pleasure having them to do the job.
The finished conservatory is a joy to be in. The white of the frame interior and the glass roof have made a world of difference compared to the old brown frame and polycarb roof. We cannot recommend Abbey Windows highly enough!

I had a conservatory replaced in my new house, using Abbey Windows. I went back to them as they had done a great job on our previous Edwardian house. I was extremely pleased with the first job, and the team did not let me down with my replacement. I would certainly recommend them.

When the work started it was bit slow and lot of Miscommunications between contractors. But overall managed to finish Full extension work in 8-10 weeks.
Customer communication was really good, when any issues were raised they addressed quickly.

Was told 10-12 weeks but wasn’t finished till 27 weeks and had to keep chasing them up on what had not been finished.
Don’t believe them on there time scale and stay away

Gavin came yesterday and replaced an original Edwardian sash window. It was done with such care and hardly made an impact on a wall that was only tiled a month ago. Really impressive. He was not able to finish the job as the depot had run out of trim. It was possible to get it on a 24 hour delivery, but failing that, it could be a few days to a week. Not the fitter's responsibility, but the team in the depot to order. He said the team would let me know. I knew they wouldn't. This has proved to be Abbey's real weak link in the 14 weeks I waited for the window. A simple message once lead time kicked in, just to let you know how things were progressing. They never did. I always had to ask. Today, I asked Abbey about the trim. Nothing back from anyone. However, I wasn't surprised. The stars are for the initial sales process and Gavin, the fitter. In the meantime, I wait. I think I will be waiting a long time.

We love our windows! We went to Abbey Windows' showroom and Rob guided us through the various options, making it easy for us to choose beautiful windows that met our exact requirements. They were then well fitted by Graham and the team. They even requested additional keys from the manufacturer for us, which we received within a few days from the fitting. Highly recommended!

I researched 4 different companies for the work we wanted. Abbey were the most cost effective and had the most knowledge and experience working with the Ultraframe product. The whole process from start to finish was very smooth. Rob in Sales, Mike in Surveying and Elaine in billing were all very helpful. Even James the MD was great at keeping me up to date with progress and answering any questions I had. The team managed to come up with some solutions in the design process to ensure we still ended up with the finish we wanted. The work started on time and the workman were so quick because they knew the product inside out. They were clean, tidy and thorough. Great company, really happy with how our new extension looks and would definitely use Abbey again.

They promise to install within 12-13 weeks time but installed after 5 months but came with wrong size, it's OK atleast I got my new windows, but installed back door window with wrong design, make a complain but said they fitted with right design. So please think twice to buy windows from Abbey Windows.

Everything about the service from Abbey has been exceptional, from the communication all the way through to the team of installers/sub contractors who all went the extra mile with our project! We had a new conservatory roof and replacement windows

Rob and Jack completed installation of windows and doors on ground floor flat. They were always on time and worked quickly and efficiently. Both very polite and kept everything tidy as they went.

Stay away! One star because zero is not available. Have had a leaking conservatory roof for one year. Allegedly fixed a few months ago but still leaking and now waiting more than two months for repair. Very limited communication without any excuse offered. Have to keep chasing and no one taking ownership for service. Certainly not value for money either!

Rob and Jack from Abbey windows installed our windows today. What a great team - they came on time and worked quickly and efficiently. Both were polite and tidied up as they went. I would thoroughly recommend Abbey and in particular Rob and Jack! Thanks both.

Ashley and Adrian both helped me to get the project started and completed accurately  on time, my completed conservatory  is a perfectly finished product with high quality craftsmanship.
My neighbours are astonished by the latest design,quality of the conservatory construction, It totally transformed the look of my house in a very impressive way..
Adrian greatly supported my entire conservatory  project  by fulfilling modifications,ad hoc requests and following up with a work plan accurately without missing provided planned dates..
I will 100% recommend Abbey windows for any extensions/conservatory works as I am very happy with the finished product and looking forward to going with the same company for my future extension projects!
