Save your money, don’t buy from Abelstedt.
My husband surprised me with a jewelry piece of Abelstedt. In 1 month time it changed color. And Abelstedt claims i have to pay to get it regold plated.
I always wanted to buy from them but after this i will not be anymore. Customer service is not helpful because it is impossible that in one month time it changes color and i have to pay to get it fixed.
I would not recommend.

Amazing products and customer service
The product I order was of absolutely top quality and the fit was perfect and as described. Really impressed by the finish and quality of the product. And the delivery was blazing fast, I received the item next day.
But what really stands out to me is the amazing customer support provided by Abelstedt!!!
Firstly, I missed out on a voucher to receive an extra 10% off - I emailed the team and asked if anything could be done and the voucher was retroactively added without any hesitation.
Secondly, I returned the first ring as the size was just slightly too small. Upon receiving the new, larger size, I noticed that the received item was actually of a smaller size (some kind of hick-up in packaging), I wrote back to Abelstedt and without any questions a new ring of correct size was sent back to me and I was gifted the ring that was of incorrect size as a compensation for the inconvenience. Mix-ups can happen and Abelstedt really shows how to handle them.
I'll for sure be a returning customer.
