THE WORST SERVICE EVER.
I ordered a ring which I immedeately sended back to the company, after two weeks I got the ring delivered back at my place. I immediately sended the ring back for the second time so paid the shipping costs twice. In the meantime i’ve had contact with the company and the guarranteed a full refund of the paid shippings costs. 3 weeks and 150 emails later they still didn’t made there promise true.
DO NOT ORDER YOUR RING HERE
If the ring doesn’t fit or in someway doesn’t fullfill your needs: YOU’RE SCREWED. The communication with the custumor satisfaction department is very poorly and do not respond professionaly. They don’t take action for there faults.

Problem solving
I ordered a ring which was accidentally already sold out and therefore couldn’t be shipped. However, they made it up for me by promising a similar ring and the extra costs were for them. Quick in response, great customer service. Can’t wait to order from them again !
