wow.. the service of Abelstedt is amazing. First of all, the ring i ordered was so beautiful. The ring went a little faded, send an e-mail with the pictures and they were sorry to see that. so they came with an great solution.

Amazing both service and products.

We ordered wedding rings on 4 November around 15:30. It is said on the website that if you order before 16, your order will be dispatched the same day. Delivery time for the rings was 1-3 work days.
However, the tracking info showed that our parcel was registered with PostNord on 5 November, but items were not shipped from the seller.
I contacted the seller by email on 9 November. Only after that, 5 days after the order, our rings were shipped. We were just lucky that Post Nord was quick in delivery, so we got the rings before our wedding

Very pleased with the necklace and earrings i ordered for my lady. Great quality and packed well. I was in contact with support aswell and im very happy with their service. Just remember to order in time, as the shipping might take a few days more than expected.

I don’t even know where to start...1) order was dwelling for 7 days at their premises even though I received that the shipment is ready to be shipped next day when I placed the order and completed the payment 2) urequested the customer service to confirm where my order is, they said, shipping department is working on it but 2 days no further updates on the tracking site 3) since it was dwelling anyway, requested to change the size of my ordered ring which was accepted 4) received 2 weeks after the order was placed however the ring was wrong design and the invoice was stating the old ring size 5) contacted the customer service what to do. Their reply was that to suggest to acccept this wrong design ring and amount discrepancy is at Abelstedt’a cost. I pointed out that what I ordered is more expensive than the ring I received and need the full refundment 6) the customer service came back, suggest me to keep the ring I received, also offered to refund the shipping cost, they promised to send the ring I ordered 7) 4 days later, received the ring I ordered. The ring is stunning. Send thank you message 8) 4 weeks after my first order date, received another package from Abelstedt, received another ring which was the same ring that I ordered previously but I didn’t order this. So send the notification to the customer service what to do with it, no acknowledgement or reply received so far. Obviously they have listed my email address to their junk box. I have pretty much mixed feeling with their service. The ring I have ordered is absolutely beautiful but I would not recommend the shop for any anniversary present because it won’t arrive as it was confirmed by order email. Plus thing is, I have now 3 rings at home for the cost of 1 ring...
