I am very happy over the great service I got. My ring that I've got lost a stone and when I reached out to the customer support about it there where no discussio. It was very clear for them to solve my problem and send me a new one which made me very happy and understood.

Worst quality worst customer service ever.

First time: The ring come late and they did not even apologize. They put the responsibilty on the shipping company.

Second time: After just a few time wearing the ring losted about 10 stones and twisted in bad way by it self.

Worst quality ever, and The customer service aswell.

First of all, my ring was delayed and didnt arrive on time.

My ring lost all of its gold colour after just a couple of months. When i contacted customer service they just Said i could send i to them to polish it and that i would have to pay for it. They also claimed non of there rings never lost thier colour and that it was my fault (i had worn it for maybe 3 weeks in total, never when washing hands/doing dishes or anything like that).

They also clameid that they had sent me a new ring a couple of weeks before but they never did that.

So mutch for 2 years warranty and trying to keep happy coustemers.

The only person i would recommend Ablestedts to are my enemies.

Took more than double the promised time for delivery, also when contacting the customer service the answers were very arrogant and they didn’t care at all about my wishes. Because of their slow service I missed my marriage anniversary and received the ring one week too late and when I wanted to return the product because of the far too late delivery they couldn’t even pay for the shipping fee to return the ring as an excusing gesture. No understanding at all from the company side!

Clear website, nice and quick servicedesk (I asked for another size and it was almost answered instantly). International delivery quite slow but not their fault. The product looked like the description.

Ordered a pair of beautiful earrings. I'm still impressed with how pretty they are! Prettier than in the website photo! The delivery takes a little bit longer, but it's worth it! Abelstedt creates unique pieces that I couldn't find anywhere else for affordable price:)

I have received package in good order and fast delivery, but unfortunately the ring was to big and I have requested free exchange as mentioned on Abelstedt website.

Took some time to receive my replacement, but it was due to shipping problem, the package arrived to wrong pickup point. Abelstedt shipped out a third ring and as a compensation we have received a very nice present too.

Finally we were very happy with product and shop service.
