always in time , even if busy will do the best to send you taxi . So many times taxi took it my boys to school and from school . Having special need boy with Autism spectrum and couple times he missed his bus stop home ,Taxi drivers collected my son from really awkward places and safely brought him home . Drivers usually very nice and friendly , just had couple times some missed understanding with some drivers that's why I put 4 stars . Thank you so much

There are a couple of taxi firms in Basildon but A&B has always been the one I’ve relied on. You never wait very long, prices are good and the drivers are always nice and friendly. Living on my own they always help me with my shopping and are so helpful. I definitely recommend them.

Excellent service, never let you down

Very professional taxi service servicing the Basildon district area. Very good rates and prices for each trip. Professional drivers always make you feel welcome and feel relaxed and a very smooth ride aswell. If A and B where in others areas I would used this taxi company daily. Eventhough I use this professional taxi firm everytike I visit Basildon. I recommend using this taxi firm for your day to day trips

I have been using A&B taxi services since before the pandemic. However, during the pandemic they have been my sole use of transport to work from Billericay to Basildon. Their app is easy to use, their service provision is top notch. I have never had a late taxi, all the drivers are personable, well presented and take hygiene very seriously. Thank you A&B for never making me never be late for work. Always reliable. Thank you

I always use A&B taxis, I don't drive and often have to take my elderly dog to the vets they are always really helpful and kind in situations that can be quite stressful I find them really reliable

A&B have been providing me with a great service for nearly 20 years and are the first company I consider when I need a taxi. Great for airports, events in London when they are running or just going out for a drink.

Always a good experience. We have great confidence in A&B Taxis, always at the end of the phone and ready to help. They keep you up to date, either by text or through the app. I wished more companies took their lead.

We (me & partner) use A&B cabs daily, too and from work,shopping etc, you get to know the drivers, all have been really great and always helpful, happy & chatty even through these recent hard times throughout lockdown. The office staff are always cheerful when you call the office, Thank you all for being there through these hard times through the last 9 months of so many up and downs. The drivers are all well mannered with good knowledge of the area and the cars clean , the app is easy to use and pick up is always punctual .

Always friendly’ polite and accommodating never had a rude driver as a northerner and new to Basildon was nice to have a friendly driver from train station to make me feel comfortable always use them and always been on time

I had to take a taxi to get to an appointment and the app is brilliant. Including ability to pay via the app and to have a fixed rate for the travel is really helpful.
The drivers both ways were lovely and on the way in I even get a tip on how to get to the right department once at the location. On the way back I got into about a road work on the way.
I like a bit of a chat on most days so both trips were really pleasant.
Cars are always clean and currently very well kept in the guidelines of social distancing. Would always recommend as fast and reliable service.

Always great service great prices and always on time, wouldn’t use any other taxi service!!
