Never had a problem with this company, I use it very often and the app is so good, never usually wait long for a taxi and always polite staff

Easy to use app. And taxis always on time. Great service.

Drivers are always friendly and very helpful. Whether its getting me to work to te hospital on time and parking as close to the entrance as possible, or, helping carrying my shopping in and out of the car to my door along with my pram as u usually have my little one with me. I live that you can now pay with card as this makes it very easy for me as I never carry cash- the only critique I have is that sometimes the card machines are not working which is then a pain for me and the driver but otherwise would be 5 stars.

Reliable taxi service. The updated app is really good you can track your taxi and see which car is arriving. Drivers are (mostly) friendly.

Have been using A&B after a tip off from my Aunt about five years ago. Always very cheerful drivers who are helpful and excellent time keepers. Car's always clean and tidy never a problem.

Good, reliable service. Superior to alternative providers operating in the area... booking and payments can be handled via the app, contactless payments available in all cars..... drivers have good knowledge....

I always use A&B taxis. They are always on time, the cars are clean, drivers pleasant and I like that they send a text when the car is on the way and then when it has arrived. Excellent service all round.

I have used A&B Taxis many time to Southampton, Gatwick and Heathrow. They have been amazing, always on time, polite, caring and ready to help in any way possibleas we are older people. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anybody without reservation.

I have been using A&B taxis for the past 13 years, most times they are very punctual and occasionally I have had to rind them up and complain.
Above all, they are very reliable and dependable taxi company in Essex. I will recommend them anytime

Usually on time, mostly friendly drivers, some cabs are not covid safe, no plastic screen, I always wear a mask anyway, reliable, I would have given 4 stars had it not been for their new app, it’s horrendous! Why they didn’t just leave it as it was, much easier to use than the new one, rather than deal with the complicated app I just order value cabs, their app is much easier to use

I often use A&B taxis to get to work. As a young female they are ALWAYS very welcoming and nice wish is so calming! Never a dull journey and I’d like to thank all the drivers for their great service. Special mention to Steven. Very lovely man! This service is always on time!
