Ordered a Magsafe adapter a week ago and it arrived today. It is working fine and I have no complaints so far.
I realised before I ordered that it was not OEM - being a third of the price Apple would charge, so I'll take my chances on how long it will last.

Chinese supplier masquerading as a Canadian company. 7 days now with no order. cancelled it today.
I should have checked for reviews before I ordered.

Chinese Seller Disguised as a UK website. Fake Products. No Communication. Any problems, you have to return product to China. Avoid.

Purchased a MagSafe power adapter for a MacBook Pro in December 2019. Straight away you could not listen to an FM radio because of the interference. Last night - just under ten months since purchase, a bright orange flash inside the unit blew a fuse. We have since discarded this for safety reasons. This item was less than £20. Clearly you get what you pay for!

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. This company is a complete scam and their products will most certainly break within 3 months.

The charger I bought stopped working after 3 months. I tried to contact them and no one responds.

I didn't order an adapter from these clowns. At first I was pleasantly surprised to find a supplier in Canada that has the actual proper power adapter for my LG 22M45D-B monitor. As I was doing my due diligence I noticed a few things that don't sit right. The monitor is rated by LG at 19V and 1.2A. I realized that their adapter is 19V and 1.3A. I'm pretty sure that LG would NOT make that oversight. Then I started looking at the supplier in question - nothing, and I mean NOTHING that they have responded with in emails or on their site go to any lengths to alleviate my concerns. Do YOURSELF a favour and put your head in a vice if you are tempted to order anything but the chicken pox from these clowns.

Purchased a charging adapter for my Asus Rog laptop, after a HUGE delay as it was coming from China (not advertised) it arrived. after a few weeks it started crackling and getting VERY hot. i emailed my concerns to the company and was responded to with "this is normal". i carried on using the charger against my better judgement. after a month while i was in the other room, it caught fire. my child was in the room and picked the charger up, burning and injurying his hand!. this company blatently sells faulty/fake items which are very dangerous.

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY.

i was offered a refund... on the basis of my sending the charger BACK TO CHINA! which would cost me more than the charger itself....

One star is generous! This company should be avoided at all costs. I ordered an adaptor for an Apple laptop and eventually after much delay the order arrived, however the item simply does not work. The company has failed to respond to emails and attempts to contact them have failed. They are selling substandard goods and comprehensively cheating their customers. On no account order anything from this company.

I would have given them 0 stars if I could. I bought an adapter 4 months ago and after 2 months I emailed them and asked them about my parcel and they said it is COVID and it is taking more time. It's been 4 months and now suddenly their tracking says it was delivered in 4 weeks!! but it was never delivered. There is no way my neighbours pick my parcel because where I live there are dedicated boxes for big parcels.

Anyway, I lost +$70 to these scammers. DO NOT BUY from them if you want your money.

Thought I was ordering from UK company item coming from China. Cannot trace it's delivery location. Total waste of money and scammers!The reviews I read were positive hence using what I thought was a genuine company!

I paid for an adapter on their website.
One day later I requested a refund, because they cannot send items in reasonable time scale.
Although they offer 30-day money back in their website, I have neither received my money back nor the product I purchased.
They are in China, not in the UK but you cannot see their location on their website.
I absolutely do not RECOMMEND!

Tried canceling order, they stated it came from china Li Cherry stated 15 days. Took 45 days tried to return and their policy states money back guarantee. Do not buy from pc adapters online: rip off.

Do not buy from this company. Waited ages to turn up (as it came from China, not the UK as stated),after 2 emails and poor tracking info, then when it did it arrive was not a genuine ASUS product and fell apart 1st time plugged in.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES COMPLETE SCAM. ORDERED A GENUINE SAMSUNG CHARGER FROM WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A UK COMPANY AND WHEN IT FINALLY ARRIVED FROM CHINA IT WAS A DELL A FAULTY ONE AT THAT AND WAS TOTALLY INCOMPATIBLE WITH MY DEVICE. AFTER MUCH HASSLE I WAS EVENTUALLY OFFERED A REFUND OF £9.59 BUT WAS EXPECTED TO PAY THE £11.90 RETURN POSTAGE TO CHINA. I PUT IN A CLAIM WITH PAYPAL WHO WERE JUST AS BAD AND REJECTED MY CLAIM. I GAVE UP IN THE END. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEIR WEBSITE SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE INTERNET.

Read the reviews before ordering anything from them! I didn’t and I regret it! Their actions and reactions shows every known aspects of a con or fraud internet store.
I had to leave this review ASAP for others not get trapped, but I hope PayPay recovers my $55 or I’m gonna have to consider it gone!

Attempted a return because I thought my original adapter was broken only to discover it was an electrical issue in the outlet.
I was asked to keep it with a promise of a discount upon my next order? When I said no I received an email from Li Cherry that asked me to send my item to another customer and send them the tracking info? That they would send a refund sometime soon? Wth?
Do not do business with this company. They are lacking in ethics and customer service. What kind of business asks you to send an item to another customer at your own expense?? Shifty, shady and untrustworthy.

Can’t believe I never looked into them before ordering! Based on China, they took my cash and gave me a tracking number but said it would not work for 3 days until it is updated. Checked a couple of time after and still did not work. A month later and still no charger. Luckily I paid with PayPal and after an email to them they gave full refund. A wage of a month waiting for a charger that was never coming though!
