BIG FACKING SCAMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
NOTHING HAS CAME. I BOUGHT A CHARGER FOR MY COUSIN AND TWO WEEKS LATER THAT SHET JUST SAYS "PAYMENT: COMPLETED; AND ORDER: PROCESSING" IT WILL STAY STUCK ON PROCESSING!!! NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL!!!!!!!! AND THIS STUPID AZZ BICH AZZ COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT A FACKING SCAM. DON'T BUY SHET FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Although I ordered this driver on the 2nd of December and the company haven't replied to any of my requests for an update on progress, today the driver turned up and looks pretty good at first impressions. So I think they need to be a bit clearer with the delivery times as it does say 4-5 days on their site and they definitely need to be a bit more responsive with their customer services... I was beginning to think I'd been scammed and was getting ready to contact Paypal!

These guys run the same scam in Spain. Their website there is cargadorac.es. They are based in Hong Kong. They take your order, send you a bogus tracking webpage and keep apologizing for the "delayed shipping" hoping that you'll forget about it, give up or the time to demand a refund runs out. Any time an online vendor uses Paypal, that is a red flag...

I purchased from this company and instantly regretted it when I read some of the reviews here. However, I am pleased with my purchase.

The cost (for the laptop battery I purchased) was the cheapest around and arrived exactly as described. It was a genuine Dell part and not some cheap knock-off. The shipping time is slow, so this company is not for you if you need something quickly. I ordered my battery on 29 September and it arrived on 19 October. A week after I ordered I got a tracking site which took a couple of days to be updated, but it was there and visible to see.

The order was dispatched from Belgium, not from the UK as many have wrongly assumed when purchasing (because of the domain name).

terrible company. I advise everyone to not buy from this company. Don't be fooled by the '.co.uk' they aren't even based in the UK. Also poor customer service, all they care abut is receiving the money. They have no care for their customers. Soon as there is a problem and I wanted a refund, they failed to respond. I purchased an item, but wanted to return in immediately after receiving it. I emailed the day I got it, they then emailed me back asking me to show evidence via pictures. I did so, and from then on they failed to respond to me. It has been nearly two months and I have sent at least 5 emails asking for a refund and for an RMA number so i can refund the item, however I am yet to receive a reply. Terrible customer service. Do not purchase from this company.

I placed an order for a laptop charger on 18th March with free delivery. I assumed (wrongly of course) that a website ending with .co.uk and free delivery is a UK company - wrong, it was based abroad.
I contacted them on 21st March to ensure I would be getting a UK Plug to which they answered and confirmed all ok. By 28th March I started getting worried as an email from the shipping company said it would be 7-10 days even though nothing suggested it would take this long on my order. I emailed them but heard nothing. I emailed them again on 1st April demanding an answer to which I got a reply on 2nd April stating it was taking longer than intended and would take 10 days. I believe it turned up at around the 21 day mark so my advice - if you need an item quickly be sure to use somewhere else but at least my item turned up eventually.

I ordered a charger from adaptateur-pc.com, a French mirror of AC-adapter.com on the 12th of july. Their site gave an address in France, but I discovered that it was not a France based company after purchase. After 1 week, I contacted the company because the tracking service showed no change in the status. It has been two weeks now and I have not received anything yet, and the company is luring me. I eventually started a process for a refund through PayPal.

I ordered from this site on 25th of February, until 9th of March nothing happened and since then the tracking shows my parcel being held at the national sorting hub for no reason.
Emailed them a week ago regarding the status of my parcel, they replied that they contact the shipping company but no aswer for a week so I emailed them once again yesterday with a somewhat threatenig wording of the mail (I'm sensing fraudulent behaviour, legal consequences etc.). Today morning they refunded my money on my PayPal account.

Also traced back the source of the email, it was never mentioned they shipping from China and their emails were full of grammatical errors as well, which is in my opinion very unprofessional!

I purchased from their Spanish clone website: www cargadorac .es Don't buy from them. They do not reply to emails. I purchased with Paypal, so if they don't refund my money, I'll have PayPal sort it out. Waste of my time right now and a week with a laptop that is down.

The message I sent to them:

I have not received my order and I sent an email regarding the status with no reply. The status shows "processing". Please return the money to me. It has been 1 week since I made the purchase.

NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT TO EMAILS AND THERE IS NO CONTACT NUMBER TO REACH THE COMPANY - BAD NEWS. SHOULD HAVE LOOKED FIRST.

Ordered cable in a hurry expecting it would be be with me within a week. Two weeks later nothing has arrived.

I was never informed that the item would be shipped from the Asia.

Unreal service. Advertises UK address to only find out when tracking details are sent they are not UK. Waited 2 weeks on battery to only find out tracking changed from on delivery to - item not collected and being returned.
At no time was item delivered or delivery card left, especially when our office is opened 24-7
Very suspicious of this company

This company has taken money from my bank for a product I have not receieved adn is not responding to my emails. Any advice?

You must avoid this website!!!
Ther is no administrative registration, no real contact. Shipment is from China but it is written nowhere. Despite several mails, I have neither received my package nore being refunded!
Be careful and do not order anything, it is a scam or at least not professional at all, I am still waiting for refund.

It's a shame you can't give 0 stars!! Ordered a battery charger nearly a month ago and still am yet to receive it. They say it will take 5-10 working days.
They give you a tracking number, however does not fill you with confidence as whoever is delivery it, is doing at snail pace.

Pay the extra somewhere else.........that's my lesson learnt!!

As many have said, this company is not based in UK. If you dig through the website you will find information on shipping, "5-10 days". However, my laptop battery took approximately a month to arrive. Christmas season though, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.

However, the company responded to my complaint and sent me tracking information from a different email address, so aside from the initial lie they've at least delivered the product, and have bothered to answer my complaint.

THIS COMPANY IS BASED IN HONG KONG
Ignore this company's address in York and the co.uk website.
The items purchased are sent from Hong Kong. This is confirmed by a DHL tracker number, which tracks items from H/Kong to the UK.
The website states items will take approx 3-5 days.
My adapter took THIRTEEN days to arrive in Belfast.
I did receive several emails from JT TECH Co (the real company) and a
Mr Li Lian Qiang.
One even explained that shipping was slow.
I was annoyed to discover that I was automatically subscribed to this company and to unsubscribe, I have to email them.
Since the company had gone to great lengths to disguise their real location, I was worried that the company was fraudulent, and so, cancelled my credit card. This was a major hassle for me.
And finally, my new adapter gets very hot when it is plugged in and the device it is attached to reaches 100% power. My old adapter never did this.

Ridiculously long waiting time on product to be delivered. I live in London and bought from a company supposedly in based in York. I figured 2 to 5 days for delivery, it is now 14 days since I purchased the macbook charger and still nothing.. Not even getting a response from my emails. They say on the website, by with confidence. Steer clear of this website and buy from somewhere that promises/confirms delivery times. Just because it ends in .co.uk does not meen they don't send/ship from china. Very disappointed I didn't just buy on ebay or amazon.

This website claims to be from the UK but when a shipping confirmation email was sent, it showed the item was being shipped from Hong Kong. From that moment I knew that this was fraudulent. I usually pick up on these signs of a fraudulent website, but on this occasion I ignored the signs and made the purchase as it was an emergency. The item has not arrived yet however I don't expect it to arrive any time soon, nor do I expect to receive a full refund (if any). Upon realising this, I have purchased a replacement charger from Amazon. Please, do not purchase from this website.
