Do not trust this company. Took ages to turn up (as it came from China, not the UK as stated), then when it did it was not a genuine ASUS product and did not work properly. Asked for a returns label for a refund and they refused and only offered me 5% off my next purchase which I refused and now they are just ignoring my emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The web site does not say that it is a Chinese site anywhere and items are shipped from China!!! Takes for ever to arrive.

I received my U36SD-A1 Battery in a package with a return address of Hawthorne, CA. I installed the battery in my laptop and left it overnite. The "charging" light on the laptop never came on. Reinstalling the old battery, the "charging" light came on. Customer service (in broken English) wrote me that if I would ship the battery back to China, not Hawthorne CA, ($16 minimum), they would send me another battery. A later email, indicated that they had no more batteries but they would ship me two charging cables instead, (which I didn't need). Then they said that if I would ship the battery "back" to China, they would refund my $33. I don't mind buying Chinese products, but stay away from AC Adapter. Bad products, less than honest

It’s been way over a month and tried to see if the company could provide an update. No response. Still waiting. Tracking no. Can’t be found. Just garbage. Great price if you don’t need it but then again why buy it if you don’t need it.?

Battery arrived in perfect condition in about 2 and half weeks. I was hesitant about buying from them for the same reasons as other reviewers here but I had no problem in the end. Would definitely recommend.

I bought a charger for my MacBook pro which after a few days use fizzed, sparked blue, and has burnt the casing of my MacBook. I've sent photos of the damage to the MacBook and the end of the charger. I'm looking forward to an apology and an immediate refund. I will review the service I receive.

Just a scam. Never received anything and lost $85.

I ordered an adapter for my ASUS UX581GV. I can't find the adapter anywhere. Ordered it and was shipped right away. However, it did not arrive for 2 weeks. Wrote them and they sent me the shipper information. It turned out the package was held up by Canada Post. The unit finally arrived, after 1 month. It is exactly what I ordered - an OEM adapter, not a clone and at a reasonable price. It seems to be working well.

I will buy from them again.

5.14.2020 - I only find it fair to update my rant. Following submission of a dispute as I had not heard from them, they finally did ship the item. It shipped a week ago and I recieved it today. Not the original yoga 2 flat Lenovo adapter I ordered but it works. The problem with this vendor is their lack of status updates/ communication. Hence 2 stars. It took 3 weeks so it would seem they ship from afar.

My review of PayPal dispute process still stands. Their dispute policy is a freaking sham.

At first, I thought this was a scam, like most others on here, when I ordered thinking it was a Canadian company and then quickly discovered it wasn't. I even called VISA right away to cancel the order. They told me to be patient and if things did go as badly as I feared, they would refund me. However, when the adapter did eventually arrive, after about two months --it is coming from China after all-- it was exactly what I expected and works just as well as the original. So, if you don't mind waiting, go for it. If you need a quick replacement, buy somewhere else.

The return and refund process is too bad. They are not responding to the emails and they do not have any contact number. Can anyone help me to connect with this company in any other way?

Shipping took a while but they were the best price for my laptop battery and it works as it should.

Terribly slow, not up to promises of delivery times and "easy returns". Started responding only after I brought the issue with PayPal.

Fake website, avoid.

They claimed to have posted my item but the Yodel tracking was clearly just for someone else (as it was delivered to a house about 300 miles away). PayPal were good enough to refund the stolen money.

Please don't buy from this site. You'll be taking a big risk.
I ordered a Macbook charger (1 x Apple A1424 Magsafe 2 Charger-85W Adapter) on the 8th of August 2019. It took ages to arrive but that's not the problem. It exploded yesterday, now that's the problem. It was cheaper than Apple Store but lucky not to have been burnt. Thankfully, the house fuse tripped and only the charger was charred. It has the Apple logo on the charger but can't be real. Dangerous item, buy at your own risk!
I'm off to the Apple Store to buy one...

Great product but don't expect fast delivery.

FRAUDULENT WEBSITE. HAD TO OPEN CASE ON PAYPAL TO HAVE THE ITEM DELIVERED. THE DELIVERED ITEM WAS FAULTY AND STOPPED WORKING WITHIN 6 WEEKS OF ARRIVAL.

TAKING ACTION AGAINST THE COMPANY TO HAVE ALL OF THEIR EUROPEAN WEBSITES REMOVED AND COMPANY REVOKED FROM COMPANIES HOUSE.

I needed a new ac adapter for my laptop.
Placed my order on March 6th.
Order was shipped on March 12th.
Order arrived in my mailbox on March 18th.
Package and product arrived in excellent condition.
Product was -->EXACTLY<-- what I ordered.
I tested the product when it arrived and it worked perfectly.
Conclusion: If you happen to be in a hurry for your
product then go elsewhere. Otherwise I highly recommend
acadapterbattery.com. Especially if you need an exact
factory replacement device like I did.
