Taken over GSI who we haves used for…
Taken over GSI who we have used for 20+ years and ruined it within a year. Can no longer contact the local branch, emails ignored and they never answer the phones. Had to take time out from work to drive down and get documents. Just renewed elsewhere for £577 they wanted £1141. And got better cover to boot. Well done on destroying what was an excellent local business. I genuinely feel for your staff in the Gravesend branch, you have given them a dead horse to flog.

Very difficult nowadays to get through…
Very difficult nowadays to get through by phone, possibly won't use Academy again because of this. Such a shame as I've used Academy for years & they used to offer a personal approach & pick up the phone quickly.

Harvinder was very helpful, very professional in her approach & was also very patient, lol… because we really took our time before deciding to go forward with academy’s car insurance quote.
