Accessibility Bathrooms installed a new bathroom for my 80 year old father last May. The shower pump recently gave up - no fault of their own as it was a reputable brand (Salamander). I phoned them to report the issue - got through immediately and they arranged for one of their team to pop out the very next morning. Steve called as planned, established that a new pump was required then purchased and fitted it the same day. 24hrs from reporting to being fixed is hard to fault and they were professional and personable throughout. All in all, very impressive customer service from start to finish. Thanks so much to Ryan in Head Office for coordinating and especially to Steve for going the extra mile - much appreciated.

A very professional company. All the staff I had contact with were polite, friendly and informative. Wet room fitter was first-class. He had a difficult job as 'cowboys' had worked on the wet room before I bought the house. There was a lot to put right! I would definitely recommend this company.

From the initial visit by Steven, who carried out the survey, and the follow-up call from Darren in the office, I found the company to be very professional and friendly with no hard sell. Darren went out of his way to try to find something I was looking for in particular and even posted extra samples to me. I was very impressed by the friendly service and would recommend the company.

Great service and company, really pleased with our wet room
The decision to give up our bath was forced upon us by of the disabilities of my husband and myself but choosing the right firm to install our wet room proved to be a far greater challenge. It was only after a number of phone calls and visits from various salesmen that Accessibility Bathrooms came into our lives.
I had worked in the NHS as a nurse and had been involved in the care of stroke patients including my aunt for whom I helped design a wet room. I had a clear idea of what I wanted and from my initial consultation with Daren Cummins I felt I could have confidence in Accessibility Bathrooms. When Steve Hind visited us he listened to our preferences, gave us the benefit of his expertise and guided us through the design process.
We live in a Victorian house which has been converted into flats. Our bathroom had been converted from a cloakroom and part of the living room and when Nick prepared the area, some unexpected problems arose, mainly as a result of the structure of the house and previous building work. However, Nick and his colleagues at Accessibility Bathrooms solved the problems one by one and we now have the functional and bright wet room I had hoped for.
Obviously having any conversion is disruptive, particularly for the elderly, but Nick and Accessibility Bathrooms minimised that disruption and made the whole process as stress-free as possible. Thank you everyone who played a part in the end result.
I am just so glad that we had the work done when we did, ready for the time when we would have seriously struggled without it. My advice to anyone who wants to convert their bathroom, think ahead, listen to advice from others and contact Accessibility Bathrooms!
Very organised and knowledgeable team from sales, admin and installation. Nick our fitter was a builder, plumber and electrician all in one with a lot of experience and advice and always found a solution. Our house is old so there were tweaks that needed to be made, nothing was a problem. You get what you are paying for here, great service and lovely people who know their stuff. This bathroom was for a 21 year old and they've made it look modern and non clinical.
Contact was made with Bathroom installation company and they took it from there Contacting the necessary people to remedy the problem. It ended up being a simple fix (thank goodness) and the shower was up and working with the minimum of worry. I must say that I have never had to handle this type of emergency before but I could not be happier with the service received.

Absolutely love my new bathroom, I can finally use it without help.
I found all the options confusing at the start and all very expensive until Steve and Daren talked me through what I could do in my small space. Love the new wall panels, after wanting tiles before they are so much easier to use and my neighbour thinks I have had marble fitted. Very happy and would recommend using Accessibility bathrooms to anyone. Especially if you are looking for a wet room that looks like a normal bathroom and not a hospital bathroom.

Excellent experience from start to finish, bathroom fitter was amazing and they never pressurised me like the other companies to have all these extras I didn't need.
Darren from the office was really helpful throughout and they got all the work completed before my husband came out of hospital.
Would highly recommend them to anyone needed a wet room and modifications to their bathroom.

They fitted our bathroom in 2021, and the issues we’ve had are awful, wrong shower and wrong seat fitted, fitter came back to change them, and damaged the wall panels and hid the damage, Steve one of the owners came out and told it would be sorted, because it wasn’t up to standard, and well over a year later they are denying the problems, and saying if we want them to come and “look” at the issue not even fix the issues they have caused! They didn’t remove the ceramic floor tiles and just put the flooring in on top. So we had to take the door off and shave it, toilet not screwed down, put screw covers glued on! Fitter also thought it was a good idea to cut the wall panels on my landing carpet! He again hid this and didn’t say anything.
I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!
Not unfair at all, we had the issues since the fitting, Steve came out and took a list of jobs away that were needed to be done, we were told that because the shower stay had been broken by your fitters and the fact that after 4 stays we’re sent out every one of them was the opposite to what we needed, Steve was going to contact the company again to get it sorted, the holes that you’re fitter made were hidden and Steve said it was unacceptable, but because we chose to leave the issues in your hands, and we had a few life issues, we were told basically tough luck. When jobs are reported from FITTING, it is still part of the process, my advice to anyone using this company is to don’t

Here we are, 5 months after the work should have been completed and the fitter has not turned up. No phone call, text or email to say he had to cancel the appointment. So, we have a toilet that has detached from the floor and rocks from side to side, breaking the seal around the back of the porcelain bowl and the vanity unit. The fitted cupboard below the sink still requires its 2 doors fitting. The whole bathroom refit cost over £10K and, as I have said in a previous review, once they have your money, they no longer have any regard for customer service. Do not use this company.

My bathroom has just been finished and it's made a huge difference to my life. The designer suggested things I never even thought of and the choice of wall board a d flooring was a lot better than other companies. Nick was great and kept me informed each step of the way. I'm really happy with the end result.

Bathroom took over 5 weeks to be finally completed after numerous phone calls chasing up company. Very stressful & distressing for customer who to say is happy with final product is stretching it- would still not recommend. Final product is usable but wobbly tap remains. Poor communication overall & not worth the stress the whole process has caused

We decided to have a new bathroom fitted and chose Accessibility Bathrooms. From the beginning the designer Steve was very patient with no hard sell. All of the staff in the office were lovely, especially Ryan who called us everyday to check with us whilst the work was being done. The man fitting the bathroom was excellent, hats off to Nick what a worker!
