Absolutely brilliant service and a huge thank you to all the staff at accessibility bathrooms from me and my mother who are amazed with our new bathroom and a special thanks to Darren who always checked in during our installation and made the whole experience easy and stress free and even added a shower basket as a gesture of good will!

A few days after the shower was fitted at my father's house the cold water pipe, which had been fitted incorrectly, created a leak that caused the ceiling of the dining room below the bathroom to collapse almost on top of my 93 year old father and me. Fortunately neither of us were injured or killed. Accessibility Bathrooms were unable to send an emergency plumber so we had to send out for one. AB offered to pay for the repairs (and also the plumber); however, we preferred to use my father's insurers and the local builder recommended by my father's insurers. There was an insurance excess that was payable by AB's bathroom fitter's insurance, which was eventually paid bar a further excess payable by the fitter himself. This final sum has not been forthcoming, in spite of numerous attempts to get it - it would cover the full cost of the emergency plumbing that Accessibility Bathrooms assured us via email would be paid in full. We have not claimed anything other than repairs in spite of fairly considerable disruption, not to say some emotional trauma at having massive chunks of plaster narrowly miss both of us. AB have not given us anything in compensation at all. Other than this, the shower works well with regard to temperature, flow, etc. I note AB’s response that I refused to have anyone attend to inspect the damage. Actually this is not true - Ian attended when some brown stains appeared before the ceiling collapse and said he thought it was a leak from the immersion heater pipe, which he tightened up and said had been down to AB. Nobody else had done anything with the cold water pipe other than AB! Ian was going to send somebody to sort out the stains but then the ceiling collapsed and we went the route that we did with our insurers and their recommended builders. AB were fully appraised that our insurance would not pay in full and that we would have to claim the excess, including the emergency plumber, on their fitter’s insurance. It was AB who kept telling us we would have to go through the fitter's insurance. We never at any time told AB that our insurers would pay in full, and certainly not for the cost of the plumber that AB failed to supply at the time of our emergency.

Wouldn't use them again -Two bathrooms installed at great cost for elderly parents. Leak appeared with one toilet days after started using and toilet unusable - first attempt to get anyone to sort out - they promised to do call back with solution but did not ring back. Second attempt - 9 day wait to get anyone there as they don't have an emergency service to sort out their installation errors so toilet unusable in meantime with leak lefty unchecked. Terrible after service and poor attitude to a difficult situation with elderly people

Would like to thank all the team at Accessibility Bathrooms for fitting such a lovely bathroom for me, it was very hard work for the fitter given my old bathroom has been in for 40 years. Had lots of problems but Darren at their head office sorted them all with Ian who did the survey for my new bathroom. The installer was very hardworking and friendly. Sorry I cannot remember his name.

After struggling with my bath for years I decided to replace it with a walk in shower. After lots of discussions with Steve the sales person from Accessibility Bathrooms I opted for a level access shower. I loved the design and picked a lovely vanity unit and toilet to go with the shower. I’ve had lots of lovely compliments from my family and friends who said I didn’t need a hospital bathroom fitting. They were shocked at how stylish it looked. One friend thought I’d had marble fitted on the walls. Even though they found lots of issues when stripping out my very old bathroom, the fitter sorted it out. Given all this I thought I have weeks of delays but the fitter got extra help and I only had to wait 2 extra days. My daughter was so pleased she is going to use them in the new year for her en-suite bathroom.

My mum needed a bathroom renovation due to her mobility issues. I contacted Accessibility Bathrooms and the service and care from that point has been excellent. The designers were clear on their advice and suggestions. The fitters, Jamie, was considerate and did a lovely job. A special thanks to Jamie, Ryan, Steve and Martin for their good communication and help. I am more than happy to recommend this company.

Total nightmare! We had an en-suite and a wet room installed as my husband has MND. The fittings were not what we ordered, the fitter rushed the job, we had four major water leaks, including the fire alarm triggering twice. Still not sorted and now taking legal advise and have contacted the MND Association and our MP

We have recently had a wet room put in by Accessible Bathrooms and I cannot fault them. From initial phone call through to final inspection, they have been impeccable.
Martin Boase , the project manager, kept in touch throughout the work and made sure we were happy with everything. He acted quickly on any questions or requests we presented.
Richard Bashforth - fitter and all round superman , what can I say? It’s been a very long time since I have witnessed such a hard working diligent, courteous and thoroughly nice guy as Richard. He went above and beyond what I had hoped for. He is a perfectionist and proud of it!
Do not hesitate to use this company- they are just what we all want but seldom get.
Thank you and well done Accessible Bathrooms.

I am delighted with the transformation of my bathroom into a beautiful, stream-lined walk-in shower room by fitter Jamie. He kept me informed of what was being done at each step, the quality of his workmanship is superb and he was a pleasure to have around; a great asset to your company. I would certainly recommend Accessibility Bathrooms to anyone thinking about having a bathroom refit.

We're really happy with the work done from beginning to end. The products installed are brilliant for my disabled parents and everything was done efficiently and professionally. The installer was especially good, hard working and informative all along the way as well as polite and professional. He also cleaned and tidied up at the end of every day and gave the bathroom a good clean at the end of the job. I would definitely recommend them. Even when we hit a few snags, we were able to speak to the company about it and they handled them very quickly, in fact it was so stress free that i was compelled to write this review and i have never written one before for anyone! They are worth what you pay!

The service was excellent from start to finish. I was kept informed at all stages of the work, fitting a walk in bath, a new lower entry shower, new raised toilet and washbasin, new wall panels and flooring. The installer checked with me as the work was progressing to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. I am delighted with my completed bathroom and would highly recommend Accessibility Bathrooms.

My sister is disabled and relies on carers for showering. It was impossible to access her cubicle shower with her special wheelchair. So Accessibility Bathrooms installed a compatible shower unit. She’s absolutely delighted with it. However her lease holders were dreadful to deal with, the amount of red tape and questionnaires Martin had to deal with was incredible. But his patience and efficiency paid off. We can’t thank him enough.
