The team at Accessible Travel in NL provided me with an excellent service recently when I needed to arrange for the rental of a mobility scooter and wheelchair. My mother came to visit and she has some mobility restrictions, and her entire trip would have been spoiled if she couldn't get this equipment. Erik provided me with all the options of the different types of equipment, pricing and other details.
What started as a stressful situation turned into a very pleasant experience, all due to the friendly assistance from this team. It's such a delight to work with someone who cares!

I happened upon Accessible Travel NL quite by accident while surfing the ‘net. I am totally amazed at the products provided to the public with mobility issues. My only regret is that I didn’t take advantage of more of their offers! Why didn’t I? It’s because I’m relatively new at being partially disabled and thought I could get by on my own. Wrong! I would have greatly benefitted from booking more than just my scooter.

I have learned that if there is someone willing to help, take the help. Don’t let pride stand in your way. I will not hesitate to rely on Accessible Travel NL next time I’m in Amsterdam. The people there are amazing and truly want you to have a fantastic, barrier-free time when in their country.

Everything was perfect. Easy to book the scooter, on time delivery and pick up. Having the scooter made it a breeze to get around city streets, even for a first time user. Customer service was outstanding. Every email answered almost immediately by the friendly and experienced staff. Will book again on our next trip.

Everything was delivered on time and the foldable scooter was in excellent condition. All excellent, would recommend.
