Roel was my guide while in Amsterdam. I am a quadriplegic that can use a manual chair if not too far and too steep plus I am legally blind. I was by myself because I made a mistake on plane tickets and my husband was not going to meet me till the next day. So I signed up with accessible travel and it was a great decision! My guide Roel showed me really interesting areas of Amsterdam chosen based on my likes. He had so much knowledge of the history, culture and background of the area it was fascinating and very much worth while !

We ordered a mobility scooter for Amsterdam, it came on time and was picked up on time. The mobility guide sent to show accessible routes and establishments was very helpful. Would highly recommend Accessible Travel.

Service was as descrbed-a timely delivery and pick up. While planning my emails and many questions were answered! I would select a different model of assistance next time based on our experience in the city, but we were novices at scooters and didn't know any better. If we had been experienced riders, it would have been perfect!

I rented a scooter to get around in Amsterdam and it came as promised with all the necessary recharging equiptment. Unfortunately I neglected to request a somewhat smaller three-wheel scooter so I can get it on the tram. The large four wheelers are not allowed on the tram due to lack of space. This was my oversight not to company's. Overall I'm very pleased and would recommend this company to anybody needing assistive equipment.

Accessible Travel saved our lives! My 88 year old mobility-impaired dad was visiting Amsterdam from the US. We got by without a wheelchair while here but in a total panic we realized he’d need one for our train trip to Berlin. Unfortunately, we hadn’t even thought about needing a chair until the day before! Veroniek responded immediately and was able to get us a wheelchair on the same day. We would have been lost without it and we are immensely grateful for the incredible last minute service we received from Accessible Travel.

Delivery and pick up of our wheelchair was very prompt to our river cruise in Amsterdam as promised.
Price is very reasonable for the one week rental.

The scooter we hired was waiting at the hotel when we arrived.

It was brand new and although a bit on the large side it was perfect when we were outside.

We nicknamed it 'The Rolls Royce' as it was so impressive.

Will hire from these people again.

The equipment I rented was in perfect working condition and exactly what my mother needed (rolator, wheelchair and shower chair). The prices were also very affordable.

Excellent service for individuals in an electric wheelchair. The service was prompt, well trained and equipped, as well as dependable/reliable. The dispatcher and driver were in contact via our mobile phone as soon as we landed. They were able to accommodate the wheelchair passenger and two companions each with a suitcase and carry-on. The vehicle was clean and well maintained. This is a first rate accessibility service.

I recently visited Amsterdam and while there, I toured with Accessible Travel Netherlands. Veroniek arranged everything, from our museum visits and excursions to accessible transportation to and from the airport. She made it an easy process and we were able to truly enjoy the city. I would highly recommend Accessible Travel Netherlands and will be using their services again myself if I’m ever back in Amsterdam.
