Everything was perfect. Delivered before we arrived. Great piece of equipment. Needed it because of a foot injury.
Made for a very very pleasant visit to Leiden. My husband said it was the first time I wasn't crabby with all the walking. He too has some limitations due to Parkinson's and when we made a wrong turn he could sit down and wait while I went ahead to see if I could figure out where we were.

The chair was wonderful. It meant granny could join us for so much more!

Easy to place order on line, scooter was at hotel as promised. When we had a question they were very helpful and prompt in responding. One suggestion is to have a copy of operating manual with scooter in several languages.

I found the team at Accessible Travel NL extremely helpful and honest. They were quick to answer all questions and went out of their way to help in anyway. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The service is a great idea. Unfortunately, the promised pickup from our hotel did not happen which required my spending over half an our, and our hotel concierge spending more time, trying to get the company to respond and pick up the chair. We actually had to leave the country before the chair was picked up from our hotel a couple of days later.

We worked with Dyonne at Accessible Travel; who was most helpful in arranging our trip including multiple day trips in and outside of Amsterdam. The scooter rental arranged by Dyonne was invaluable and the company provided great customer support answering questions even in the evening. The tours set up by Dyonne and those we set up ourselves were all accessible as promised. The transfer company provided prompt service to and from the various locations. All in all our trip to the Netherlands was the best way to explore the country and celebrate our 40th anniversary. Had a great time! I highly recommend this company.

They were very nice and helpful when answering my queries and directing me to the places that I could stay. However, they didn't have wheelchair accessible rooms large groups. Still, they were able organised a wheelchair accessible cruise and direct me to a wheelchair accessible bike shop in the city. I would definitely recommend them as it made planning the trip extremely easy!
