At the day of the arrival came a shower chair in which i was not able to sit due to the size of a chair(was really big) I request for a different one chair and on the next day they called and said that they can't deliever the chair by themselves and that i should come by myself to the company to pick it up. So my friend came to the company but they didn't have a shower chairs as they have in the pictures on the website. They gave just usual chair with a hole and a pot but without wheels and whole chair was really wide, so in a result i also was not able to sit on. But i didn't want to complain with company just because i wanted to enjoy my vacation. Please dont put the pictures of the shower chairs that actually you dont have. And put all the sizes of chairs

Dear Alexandra, our apologies for this bad experience. We have tried our upmost best to bring you the toilet chair which you actually needed. Unfortunately, it was difficult because we were depending on the schedule and availability of our supplier. The pick-up was the only option on that same day. You are right about the picture, we only have pictures of shower commode chairs on the website. We will add photo's of other shower chairs. We received your request for a shower chair with wheels, and therefore we delivered this. Unfortunately, we did not know that you were in need of a commode chair with wheels. I will make sure a future experience will be much better, by asking more questions, to find out what you really need. Best regards.

The AccessibletravelNL is the best place to start a vacation to the beautiful Netherlands for handicapped people.
I have tried it and can only say good things about this blessed organization ... Veroniek is so nice and understand everything who needs to be done for disabled person...
Because of such organization in Holland I am sure that I will be traveling again to holland...

Made my trip possible
I was very grateful this service existed. The wheelchair provided was comfortable and sturdy. There was difficulty communicating by e-mail, however, and some confusion about the delivery and pick-up, although everything worked out.

Price was very high
Price was very high, the similar wheelchair we were able to rent in Brussels for 2 EUR per day. Other services were smooth and hassle free. Wheelchair was available at the hotel when we arrived and picked up from the reception.

Always an amazing experience with Veroniek and Dyonne! I've been on two accessible river cruises and many shore excursions and tours they have arranged, and it's always been fun, easy, and memorable. Highly recommend to any and all wheelchair users!!!

Obtained and organised delivery of mobility scooter and rollator to hotel in Amsterdam which all went well.
Would have been useful to know scooter not allowed on tram and no good for taxis, also not permitted in some attractions, although others fine with it (van goch museum, royal palace). Metro was fine but needed nerve for gap to platform!
Was expensive, especially as use limited.

Needed a wheelchair instantly due to an accident in Amsterdam, took a little while to sort it out but eventually managed to get hold of one. I had to send someone else to pick it up as they couldn't deliver immediately, so bear that in mind if you need one instantly. But Fiona was very helpful in trying to get this sorted for me

Great way to see the city, especially considering I'd thought I couldn't go due to my mobility challenges. Assistance with the aid of a lift allowed me to get in and out of the boat with no problems at all.
