Excellent customer service, instead of a straight forward return the company offered to check the correct fitting for my car wipers as i had ordered the incorrect ones, never before have i recieved service where a company have offered to do that. Will definately buy from them again.

I ordered wheel trims when they arrived I noticed one had a crack I contacted the customer service. First class service all the way! New set sent out straight away Would definitely recommend this company to anyone thanks for your help

I ordered lights which arrived very promptly however I order the wrong bulb when I requested a return they came back to me within the same day and offered me the correct fitting free of charge. I was amazed at this seen as so it was my mistake ordering the wrong bulb. 100% recommend this company to anyone. Bulbs are quality too.

Ordered a full set of wiper blades for my father in laws car, items that arrived didn't fit, messaged them and got an immediate response asking me to confirm a few details of the vehicle, it turned out the parts were incorrect, they offered an immediate full refund, sent me a link for the correct parts, and told me not to inconvenience myself by returning the incorrect parts. All this happened over a weekend. Exceptional service, I would definitely recommend this company.

I ordered lights which arrived very promptly but one was bent and when I informed them of this they answered immediately and sorted the issue with a replacement sent free of charge in free post no questions. They were a pleasure to deal with the quality of light is excellent lights up the road in heads and in dips. I have since ordered more as spares. I have dealt with a lot of companies but this is by far the best.I would highly recommend.

I ordered a set of bulbs to cover the front of my car but didn't realise I needed a couple more. I messaged asking how I could purchase the exact same ones. The reply was that they would send out the extra 2 free of charge. Made my day. Not often you get this service so definitely worth the 5*
