Perfect customers service perfect company will be using again for most or all my car items bulbs ect ect fantastic

I ordered some new blades for my juke at a very cheap price .The wipers arrived quickly and promptly fitted . I noticed the drivers side not working properly and wonderd weather it was a case of you get what you pay for . When I contacted Aceparts they were very helpful and replaced the item that arrived within 24hrs . The replacement works well without issue . I would defiantly recommend this dealer who clearly cares about its customers no matter the amount spent .

I made an order for a set of flat profile wiper blades via eBay. The wipers arrived in a couple of days even in despite of the August Bank Holiday.
I soon realised that I had ordered one wiper blade too short (needed a16" blade but I stupidly ordered a 14") All my fault.
I contacted Aceparts via email asking them to send me a new blade and to let me know how much the replacement would be.
I received a reply in minutes from Danielle who graciously offered to send it free of charge as a good will gesture !
Not something you expect in the day and age as customer care is not too valued these days.

I ordered the wrong bulbs by accident and requested a return and the company were happy to cooperate and sent me some bulbs what would fit my car free of charge!! Received in 2 days too, very pleased with my service and will order from the company again.

Although there was a misunderstanding about the wing mirror I ordered for my Micra (when I ordered it I didn't know there were 2 designs for that year along with many distributors in the dark too) the problem was solved with fantastic customer service. I was offered a free post return and a full refund. Will definitely use this supplier again.

I purchased a mirror lens on eBay from aceparts and it was the wrong type. They refunded the cost without quibble. Very good to deal with and I would be happy to buy from them again.

Unbelievable!!! I ordered wipers for my car. They arrived quickly and then I realised I had ordered the wrong fitting....my fault. I contacted them to see if they did the ones with the right fitting and they were happy to send the new ones straight out. Super fast. Super efficient. Super helpful. Can't recommend highly enough. I'd just like to praise them for their amazing customer service. I ordered the wrong part for my car which I didn't know until I fitted it explained the situation and even though I'd used the bulb I was given a full refund!! So nice as they really didn't need to do that. Fantastic company, great communication and who I will be using for all my needs from now on!

I liked this company much more last year. They use to sell a wider range of friction parts. I wish they still sold Omega and Fahren Brake Pads.
The service is good and delivery is very fast too.

I'm not a car person so I wanted some cheap wipers, they do they're own brand wipers, free delivery and I got them discounted with an offer I found on their Facebook because I bought front and back! Literally paid next to nothing for them and they came the next day! Will definitely shop with them again

First class service, ordered wipers for my car when delivered one would not fit on wiper arm, contacted AceParts sent a replacement blade with no problem. Wipers very good no juddering. Would use AceParts again.

I was looking for a set of brake pads for my Ford Fiesta, with knowledge that their were variants available. After looking online I was blessed with three to choose from.
Within seconds of a quick call to their helpful customer service team I was linked directly to the part required.
