Florin came and serviced my 1 year boiler they installed last year.
Very important to have it serviced, and was no trouble for him to do so, arrived on time and respected my property.
My new boiler has been working 100% so happy I purchased a new one after having my old one for years.

My Boiler packed up last night, ACF plumbing was able to attend to assess my fault within a few hrs after making an emergency appointment the morning after I contacted them. Thanks for your help and finding the problem, I have arranged for a new Boiler fitting on Monday 6th January which Is amazing at such short notice thank you Florin and the team at ACF plumbing. A massive thank you to Charlie and Ben for fitting my new Boiler on Monday 6th January excellent work guys. Looks and feels fantastic House back to being warm, with running hot water again. I can highly recommend ACF Plumbing and heating for all you have done to get us back to a normal household, very respectful to my property, left my home super clean and tidy after working so hard to get the job finished. We can't speak highly enough of ACF. Extremely knowledgable and competent, high level of expertise coupled with integrity, efficiency and nothing being too much trouble. I would not want to use another company for any plumbing and heating job I have in the future.

As always strict compliance with regulations and complex under floor heating problem solved quickly and professionally. You can rely on this company doing things safely and correctly and within the regulations. Recommended, totally.

First thing they did was try to condem the boiler, even though there was nothing wrong with it, which was verified by Valiant who make the boilers.
I wouldn’t recommend them.

A great boiler installation by Ben & Charlie completed within 6 hours. All stages of the process fully explained and all areas were kept clean & tidy. Our Vaillant boiler fits neatly into our airing cupboard and runs quietly.

I highly recommend ACF Plumbing and Heating. From start to finish, their team were courteous, friendly and professional. Florin was extremely helpful when visiting my home to survey for my boiler system. He then tailored a quote to suit my needs. Florin able to arrange a prompt installation when I was ready to proceed. The installation team were excellent. Ben and his colleague worked tidily and professionally and completed the job to a very high standard. The boiler swap-over was not the simplest of tasks, but they worked through the challenges systematically with very little disturbance to myself, meaning I could continue to work at home while they were installing over two days (including carrying out some bespoke carpentry to hide the newly routed pipework!). Once complete, Ben took me through how to operate the boiler and smart controls. Nothing was too much trouble and I was very impressed with their work ethic. I would not hesitate to recommend ACF and I will certainly use them in the future for the ongoing service and maintenance work on the system. An excellent, trustworthy company.

System boiler installed yesterday by Ben, who was lovely, explained what he was going to be doing and gave me a rough time of how long it would take.
When it was completed he talked me though the boiler as boiler came fitted with a carbon monoxide dector.
There was no trace of any work taken place as cleaned up after himself and everything taken away to dispose of.

Extremely friendly professional staff. This company keeps their clients up to date with arrival times and progress of work. Very prompt in providing quotations before any work is carried out.

As always a great service from ACF. Convenient appointment time arranged. Engineer arrived on time, carried out the work and the cost is reasonable. All round great service, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!
